Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla

The elevators were modern & efficient. We liked having the option of eating a continental breakfast for €4,50 rather than getting the buffet. I love having an electric kettle in the room with coffee. The pool was great and very much needed by temps of 35°C+. The location is good: you're not in the city, but close enough to the #3 bus, which is reasonably priced (actually cheap). The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly.

There were not enough hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, even though there was more than enough room to put these up. The hotels always ask you to reuse your towels, which I am very happy to do. However, you need a place to hang them up so that they dry. In addition, you have wet bathing suits and pool towels.

All good but...

Even though the room was very clean, I guess the management needs to do sth about pest control. I spotted a small worm and a bug in the bathroom in 2 different days. I was also bitten by uknown bugs at night.

Great amenities for extended stay/long term traveler e.g. 24 hr gym, free laundry on site, shop with some basic amenities, gas station next door. All excellent. Bonus points for friendly staff, free coffee, water, ice machine, decent gym facilities and excellent pool. 10 mins to airport, 30 mins to downtown Sevilla.

Food could do with an upgrade. My "quiet" room was right next to an elevator :( Free parking is off site across the road - but not safest area. 9 euros for underground parking.

It was clean and the staff were friendly and it felt modern. It has secure parking and the bathroom was nice.

The area is just desolate. The road outside had boy racers using it as a drag strip and unlikely to be the first or last time as it's in the middle of nowhere. And the hotel is functional. It's bland and beige and, well, all a bit insipid, uninspiring and dull. .

The size of the bed, the size of the room itself, close location to the bus stop to get to the city center, coffee/tea/mug/kettle in the room, very nice and professional staff

Bathroom needed some updatings, lights by the bed didn't work, there were no slippers for the guests(which is essential for the 4star hotel), hairdryer wasn't working properly

Stopped for 1 night en route to another destination. Hotel product delivered exactly as advertised. No surprises which was good except one and it was a pleasant one - @Christian, Front Desk deserves a call out for service above the call of duty, he was professional and demonstrated empathy. His service with a smile and ability to resolve special needs makes me a return Hilton guest. Breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. Well above average quality and better than other Hilton's I've stayed at. Room was modern, clean, comfortable and big enough for a family of 4 for a short stay. Location - perfect if you're en route with a car as its easy to locate and park on street free of charge. It was a 12€ taxi ride into centre of Seville as of June 2022. There is a decent common, green area in front of hotel for dog walkers and playing with small children. Pool and terrace area is large, fit for purpose and clean.

Not critical or impeding, from the pool area you can see what appears to be a cement mixer.

Modern hotel. Very nice swimming pool, a great relief after a day's walking around. We ate all meals out so can't comment on food and beverage. Although in the suburbs, Torre d'Oro is just 10 minute drive away with easy parking nearby.

A shuttle bus to center would be ideal. The street parking opposite hotel is convenient but very narrow so risk being scratched by passing car.

Very cozy room, quiet and soundproof, big comfortable bed and fine pillow (on which you can really sleep), spatious bathroom with everything you need (e.g. hair conditioner); super friendly and helpful staff, small christmas gift by check in and check out.

Rather poor breakfast not corresponding to the quality of other services, especially not enough vegetables and fruits.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful during the check-in.

Breakfast was average, nothing special, which you could have expected from Hilton. The room was so small, we struggled to accommodate ourselves with two suitcases (we were two adults in one double room). No space for anything. Also, the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were not enough for two.
