Catalonia Santa Justa

This was my 3rd pitstop while roaming through Spain and this was by far the best accommodation, meaning price/quality ratio of all my destinations! From the moment of checking in the hospitality was on par. From the outside it looked like any regular hotel but once on the inside I was amazed at the luxury and the effort that was put in the details. On the way to and entering the accommodation it felt like I was in Melrose Place :D (old American Sitcom, look it up ;-) Everything looked amazing and I ended booking one extra day at the Hotel. The room was stylish, neat and still comfortable. The beds were very comfy, every time that I dropped on the bed after a long day of sightseeing I was KO'd by the bed :) (This is a very good thing!) The rooms were isolated very well, I really try hard to hear my neighbors. The air-conditioning was noiseless! The swimming pool was on the roof of the building, this was great seeing that the nearest beach is at Cadiz. The hotel had spacious private parking at 17 euro a day, but you could come and go as you please. The location of the hotel was perfect for me because I was on the freeway by car in no time, but could also reach the city center in no time. Once leaving the hotel take one turn left and keep walking on the main street for 500m -700m and you were in the center where you can find great bars, restaurants, etc.. Grocery stores you can find anywhere in the vicinity. Regarding breakfast, lunch and diner I can imagine that the hotel does a great job at taking care of it.. but most of the time I ate outside.. there was to much to explore! Sevilla is a great place to explore.. and this in low season :)

Had to make reservations for the swimming pool. (understandable due to health measures) For the rest nothing to complain about.. great location, great accommodation, good service!

Most of it, is as simple as it is. Room size - Perfect. Bathroom - Perfect. Room Service - Perfect. Reception team, spot on. Access to the hotel - amazing.

SPA Area on -1 floor. Why: 1. We had to pay for the swimming cap (4EUR) and my body is really hairy. What is the point? 2. We had to pay for the "reservation" of the SPA, but still there were 2 other couples with us. 3. Sauna was cold. 4. We had to pay for the towels too... :( 5. Time at the SPA - wasn't communicated correctly. If you call this SPA... You should work on this...

Hotel is in good location close to the main train station where you can also take the train to Cordoba for a day trip. Also bus from and to the airport stops there and it only takes about 15-20 minutes for €4. It is about 15 walk to Plaza de Espana. And close to Alfafa neighbourhood where you can find restaurants and bars. It's very clean and looks like recently refurbished. They also have a small spa for extra charge. The breakfast is amazing, with good variety and good quality ingredients. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bed and good amenities. Staff are nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. We stayed in a room at the end of the terraced area. Pool was wonderful and had plenty of shade for those of us “blessed” with ghostly complexions. The breakfast was fantastic. We liked that it was a short walk from the middle of the city centre and big bus stop

Because we were at the end of the building the wifi didn’t work in our room and the air con turned off every time we left the room which is a minimal gripe really, but it was quite hot when we were there and it would’ve been good to come back to a cool room

The location is very good, walking distance close to the main attractions. I stayed in the new part of the hotel (the patio) which I strongly recommend, is renovated and much modern than the old part. Breakfast is good, varied and you have fresh orange juice machine to make your own orange juice instantly.

I had a problem with the hot water and for one and a half days the only water we had was cold. Also the lifts were out of service most of the time. Also, if you need soap or toilet paper daily, is good to ask for the toiletries you need, as you might not have them refilled everyday.

Everything. Location is great, hotel is nice and new (or renovated), bed is cozy, room is spacious, staff is great, breakfast was tasty and plenty and different food available. Recommended if you traveling to Sevilla. Underground parking is available too if you traveling by car (entrance is really narrow so not suited for big cars though)

Nothing. We didn't get to try out any SPA options because we only spent a night there but anything else was super good :)

I changed from a 3 star hotel to this one and it was huge change. The service, room and building was a lot better which is obvious since it has one more star. Staff was very friendly and let me check in early. Restaurant staff was very kind and everyone always responded to any requests I had very quickly and efficiently. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location was also very convenient. 10 min walk from city center and bus station right in front of hotel that took us to straight to the Feria. Also the pool was nice even though it was a pity that it filled up quickly and only one side had sun.

I was also working during a few day from the hotel and unfortunately the internet connection wasn't very good. It kept dropping and during some calls I took from the restaurants the bandwidth wasn't enough to do a proper video call with my manager. They did try and fix it as soon as possible and during the day I had an important meeting I didn't have any issues. They also offered me to change rooms if necessary.

Free drink on arrival, very friendly staff. Facilities were lovely, hotel is very modern. Rooftop bar was gorgeous with lots of cocktails to choose from. The pool is perfect for a dip in the heat as well. It is around 15 minutes walk from the centre but the walk is lovely down some pretty streets so not a problem at all, there is also a bus stop right outside. Room was clean and comfortable, great size also.

The room smelt slightly of cigarettes on arrival but once we got the air con going it disappeared so not an issue, couldn’t tell where it came from but do not believe it is the hotels fault. Apart from this is was a fantastic stay.

The hotel looks great, the rooms are clean and tidy ans very comfortable. The breakfast was great ( a wide range of food and drinks). The location is also great because it's 5 minutes on foot to Santa Justa station and another 15-20 minutes to the city centre. There are also lots of shops, coffee places, bars, an so on in the bearby so I think the location is great.

Although people at the reception were nice and wanted to help, they were overwhelmed sometimes because small queues were formed in front of the recption. I guess that they should have at least 2 people at the same time at the reception.

We absolutely loved our stay at Catalonia Santa Justa, we went for our honeymoon and have just arrived back home today. The hotel is beautiful, serene, calm, staff are friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed every last minute of it from the lovely spa facilities to the rooftop lounge area and pool. Food was lovely, comfortable bed and lovely clean room. There is sooooo much to do in Seville that we just couldn't fit it all in. Beautiful places to visit that blew us away. Plenty of things to do, amazing restaurants. We just cannot rave enough about this beautiful city. We WILL definitely be returning as we did not want to leave. More than 5 stars from me and my new Hubby xx
