If you do not want to stay in a resort on one of the busy playas, we recommend this hotel. Santa Cruz is a good base to explore the whole of Tenerife. And you are not surrounded by other tourists, but feel like a real Tinerfeño /-a. The duplex room was very nice and modern. Downstairs was a nice living room with large windows, a large TV (with Netflix) and a French balcony. Upstairs was a comfortable bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a large open shower. The room was kept very clean by the diligent cleaning staff. Every day a fresh and tasty breakfast is delivered to your room. What a service! The hotel is not far from the pay car park on Plaza de Espana, where you can park safely at a reasonable price. Good restaurants close to the hotel.

The Hotel and room are all beautifully designed. Brand new and super stylish. Exceptionally clean.

The only thing I would ask is for the hotel to provide more coffee and tea. We stayed for two nights and had 2 tea bags- odd choices and only two coffee pods so none for the second morning. Some cold water in the fridge would also be appreciated.

We really liked staying at Hi Suits. The room was spotless and they welcomed our little pup very well. I worked during the day and they were flexible to move our cleaning times so thank you for that. Everyone was very helpful and the cleaning ladies were very nice to our dog even though he barked at them :)

We liked everything and enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely come back. One note though is that the parking is very expensive but we did find an alternative so it all worked out.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fresh from a nearby bakery and the option was available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day. The room is equivalent to a loft style residence. Most of the areas in the central area of the city can be reached on foot from the hotel, also nearby two main bus stops at the pier and Plaza de Espana.

Taxi drivers had a hard time finding the location even with the street address. This is the only major issue during my stay.

Hotel was very quiet and the atmosphere always relaxed. Perfect location and walking distances to many places, Very good wi-fi and helpful staff (Natasha). Bed was amazing, very new commodities.

Not so easy to park. Air conditioning on lower level was shutting off all the time so we didn't use it (only the upper level, we didnt even bother the staff to look that up). A buffet restaurant for a good breakfast would be awesome...

the location was perfect, walking distance to everything we would want to see in the city. We did not take advantage of the breakfast option, the area is full of bakeries and coffee shops and the room had a coffee/espresso machine and pods.

Everything was good, the hotel is brand new and the staff was very helpful. The room was quite spacious and the kitchenette supplied the basics. It would be nice to have a toaster. The bathroom was perfect, with a great shower and supplies.

All felt like new. Very friendly helpful and capable receptionist. Parking car out front in dedicated slot was a real plus at marginally more cost than car parks. Absolutely ideal central location near brilliant restaurants, bars shops and transport.

Would have liked a few more coffee capsules and replenished water

The parking could be a bit of a pain for an inexperienced driver with narrow streets and not too much parking spots nearby. On the streets the parking is free but you need to hunt them :) be aware if you park incorrectly your car will be towed. There are coffee and tea machine but the apartment is lacking of mugs, only espresso cups. I would recommend to equip the rooms with 2-3 mugs as well as for now you can only drink tea from a wine glass. The sound proofing is not to great between the rooms, heard somebody climbing the stairs and having shower at 7am in the morning. Bring some earplugs if you are a bad sleeper.

The location was great for us. Central everything in the center is walkable distance. It seems the hotel is on the border of the old town and the residential area. The apartment and the hotel was spotless clean. Comfortable bed and somewhat equipped kitchen. Everything is new. Two TVs on the top amd the living room floor. The staff was perfect and helpful with all queries.

Modern city loft with very large rooms, that look exactly like shown on the pictures. The staff is very friendly and room offers besides a small kitchen also a TV with Netflix. We did not use the breakfast service since it is very convenient to find cafes close by. We parked our car at the Bulevar garage from the shopping center nearby - ca. 4 min walking distance.

The design of the suites and the reception areal is brilliant. Very nice people who run the place, special thanks to all! The place is very clean and spacious, good value for money.

Directly across the street of our apartment was a flat in full refurbishment, was a bit noisy... and you should know that the advantage of being in the very center also brings some street noises - which was fine for us.
