We were redirect to a sister hotel, Adonis Plaza, as this one was closed at the time. The hotel is right in the centre of Santa Cruz, so is easy to get around the city. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Good reasonably priced hotel in centre of city near all the shops on Calle Castillo and on the historic Plaza D'Espana. Room had big balcony overlooking the stunning Christmas lights. Have stayed here several times.
It's a bit of a walk to the bus station, tho cheap in a taxi.

We really appreciate the position, the staff and the breakfast! It's a simple hotel, a good place where you can sleep if you want to visit the center of the city :) If you rent a car, ask to the staff your reservetion parking for 10 euro / night.

very clean, great location, very polite staff,comfortable bed & affordable price.
nothing really apart from our balcony was to hot to sit on in the afternoon due to its position, but was out most of the time anyway so no major issue.

We arrived very early but the receptionist was very kind and we were able to enter quickly, the staff was always very attentive, the rooms were very large and beautiful, I will return
there were many flies on the terrace, but it could be because of the heat of the city

It was hard to close (impossible) the patio door and the tv did not work. I find this room a bit too pricey
