Lovely rooms & first class accommodation, Food ok but nothing to shout about, Breakfast best meal of the day

Breakfast = A1 first class, Lunch = not much to shout about Dinner = best give it a miss ... eat once & missed the other one by walking out of Resturant, after view the standard of appearance...not good at all,

Good All Inclusive Hotel. Loads of sunbeds, even looking for a couple mid afternoon you can still find loads available. Entertainment was very good. Food was a good standard although not always to our taste. Apartment was Duplex which was cleaned everyday. Wifi was outstanding, strong signal where ever you were in the complex

Loads of steps to apartment. Snack bar doesn't open until 11am and closes at 6pm. Drinks served in plastic cups until 6pm even if you are not sitting by the pool.

It was right at the top of a steep hill so not ideal for seeing other parts unless you used taxis to get around. Food was ok but very much the same they could do with better show cooking Breakfast was the best meal of the day and so we ate out alot in the evening which obviously adds to the expense of the holiday

The suite was really spacious and the bathroom was a really good size. We enjoyed having a balcony area too. The pool area was really nice and there were a couple of activities we took part in which were enjoyable. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. we found the prices of drinks to be really good value at the hotel. The breakfast was nice, with lots of variety.

There was a lack of basic amenities that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. the only bathroom supplies was a towel, bar of soap and shower gel. I would usually expect more like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. While in a nice quiet area, it is significant walking distance from the town/beach. Travelling on electric scooters or taxi/car is advisable. there is a shuttle to the beach and back once or twice a day, we never used it.

The staff are truly friendly. The ANIMATION TEAM are exceptional and bring it to the next level. I'd to name them as we really enjoyed all games, activities, shows,...: Richard (Ricardo), Stefy and Renata you are doing great. Also the staff in the restaurant and the bars, they are very friendly, nice and professional. Apart from the staff, the facilities are also great, specially the heated pools. The food in the restaurant and the bars are all good.

Basically, all the rooms are suits separated in two levels, that means there is a stairs inside every room. This is somehow unclear in description. Moreover, the beds are very bad. I do recommend to the hotel with such a great service and facilities to improve the bed nd mattress qualities. First of all the double bed in the bedroom (downstairs) is not a real double, but two single beds which are put together; the beds in the living room are even worse. Cleaning is basic, and it is expected for a 4* hotel to focus more on cleaning. The rooms are getting cleaned every day, but the quality is missing.

Overall Hotel is very Nice and clean. Heated pool was awesome. Personnel is exeptional friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the receptionist (man) worked at 19 of December, helped us very much. Renata was also very nice and helpful. Stayed with 2kids and was offered a choice of beds, wich was great. All inclusive Alcohol wasn't great but for some extra can switch to the normal(recognised brands). Very good access from the motorway. Good location if you drive, Siam mall/park is next to it. Would definitely stay there again.

During my 9days stay floor underneath the bed wasnt sweeped or wiped, when we checked in we found a bottle of skin care cream proving that the floor wasnt cleaned even after the previous resident. If it rain forget about the sleep, even with all windows and doors shut the noise was horrible as there are no rain drainage at all and all water was falling onto the air condencer and making drum effect. Description in Nooking does not reflect that some facilities are closed due to covid (snooker /game area for instance). Quite weird set of kitchen ware, can find bottle opener but not a soup scoop, no propper knife as well. The hotel itself is quite remote from everything and its required to walk though newely developing erea full of african emigrants, as hotel next door accommodates them.

unfortunately we had an issue with our room with little to no help. we booked a one bedroom suite as three adults because it stated it had 3 single beds in the bedroom. this was not the case and is very misleading, the third bed was a camp bed stored in a sideboard which folded out and was basically almost on the ground. I am 5’6” and was far too tall for it my legs were hanging off the end. this third ‘bed’ is very much a child’s camp bed not suitable for adults and if we knew this is what the situation was going to be we wouldn’t have booked.

Staff was friendly and generally it's a good deal. You basically don't need to go elsewhere - food and drinks are there, the pools are clean, sufficient number of beach beds and umbrellas (parasols).

Cleanliness of the rooms. Cleanliness rating roughly 7/10. Also, In the morning, unless you're super early you might be left without a beach bed at a good location, especially child pools, where there are less beds. The guests leave their towels on the beach beds to reserve them while they're having breakfast. Ideally, That should not be welcomed.

amazing resort, the apartments are so lovely. staff are very friendly and always smiling. food was very good.

too many steps and too far out from other shops, restaurants etc especially when the onsite shop closes at 6pm. think the shop needs to be open till atleast 10pm. entertainment isnt great if you are not a family. if you dont want the main stage you have to listen to a very dated musician with a keyboard and form of brass instrument!!! was very boring and no where else to go unless you got a cab. ended up quite expensive.

My family and I have just come back from two lovely weeks at the Gran Oasis. Everything was lovely, but in particular the amazing staff who have such a focus on customer satisfaction and guest enjoyment. Honestly we were blown away by how helpful they were, and how much they genuinely seemed to care about my family and I. All of the entertainment was great (particularly the water polo!). Facilities are as we expected, but what impressed us further was how clean and tidy everything always was. They really focus on the little details to make sure guests have a great time. Would definitely recommend it, we are already checking availability to come back next year :)

Nothing really to fault the place. For the money we paid it was great value, in a nice location, with great, very friendly staff. Ten out of ten.
