Aguamar Apartamentos, Los Cristianos Downtown

Very well located. The apartment wasn't very big but the size was OK for a couple. Nice balcony with view to the swimming pool. The staff was nice. Good value for the price.

The mattress could be better

The apartments were clean and the facilities good.

The shower was flimsy and too low down and the mirror in the bedroom needed to be higher too. Also the ceiling fans really just blew round warm air.

Loved the location and clean spacious rooms. There was so many different options around the hotel for food and drinks. 10 minute walk to the beach and main bars restaurants. Staff were all lovely and room was cleaned most days. It was my boyfriends birthday while we were there and we come back to the room in the afternoon to a bottle of Prosecco from the management which was such a lovely surprise.

Sunbeds started to be cleared away at 3.30pm and would be all put away by 5.30. Sunbeds by the pool not very comfortable and a charge to get cushions for them which should be free. Pool is freezing (advertised at heated but it's not)

Location was good,check in was easy,friendly staff,rooms were clean.would recommend to friends & family

No kids ? No life jackets provided for kids. Having to pay for umbrellas at pool

Lovely pool area beds are from 10am to 6.45pm ..stayed in a 2 bedroom apt good size group of 4 ...apt cleaned most days except Wed and Thurs..about 12 to 15 mins stroll to beach area which is lovely...few bars close by plus hotel nearby had music on ..taxi into Las Americas for lively entertainment plus got taxi into Adeje lovely spot

Having to pay €3 for mattress bed at pool and it's €3.50 for umbrella..plus WiFi charge for room ..

Great place to stay!! Very clean. Apartments had everything you need. Nice quiet area but not far away from anything! Staff were lovely and buffet breakfast was great (especially the bacon, that was some damn good bacon) Side note - details here state there is no spa or wellness centre but there is a spa on the top floor that you can get massages, facials etc

The snack/pool bar was quiet expensive for food and non alcoholic drinks I thought, in comparison to places around the apartments. Photos of pool make it look a lot bigger than what it is, it's not small by any means but not as big as you would think looking at the photos.

We specifically booked this place as it was near to the beach & los cristianos town plus a 40 min walk to playa las Americas…Overall lovely stay at this hotel, nice rooms with spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom is also big and clean, Balcony’s are nice however we were in the shade so didn’t get much sun, lovely view of the pool though, we went during feb half term so a lot of noisy children during the day but not much of a problem. Highly recommend using the spa facilities in the hotel as I booked a massage for my boyfriend and the masseuse ‘Dana’ was absolutely lovely!!! with very good prices - overall kind staff especially the hotel receptionists! we were also here during my birthday & the hotel brought us a bottle of bubbly!!! Thank you very much ❤️

Only issue was the beds are slightly uncomfortable, very hard mattresses causing my boyfriend to have a bad back and myself slight neck pain

The apartment was really nice and the view over the pool was good. All personell met us with a smile and were very helpful, especially a man in the poolbar. The pool was really good too. We had a really good stay and could come back another time! (but please look into our suggestions to improvement, especially on the wifi)

The food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok but not more then that. (though the personell were very nice). Since it was buffet it felt that the food had been there for a time, so not completely fresh. The food in the poolbar was more priceworthy. It would have been nice with a bit longer opening hours at the pool, an hour longer for example. The wifi which we paid 15 euros for (3 days, 2 devices) was difficult to connect to, you had to enable things that not normally are enabled in the web browser. It really worked poorly and we were disconnected a lot of times, which was a problem when we worked two days from the hotel.
