Apartamentos Marola-Portosin

The location is brilliant, 15/20 mins safe walk from Playa Las Americas and the beach there. 10 mins walk to another beach. 1/5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Very friendly, helpful staff always. Always very clean. Pools are lovely. No sunbed wars, plenty of sunloungers and free matresses. Pool bar has good food choices. Safe location. Rooms are very good size and have tv with 4 english channels, kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and ceiling fan. I've stayed here for 11 years with family, friends and on my own and will continue to stay here.

Could do with air con in the room, can hire a unit for €60 for week. And no happy hour anymore that is a shame. Food stopped being cooked at 3.45pm at pool bar. None of this overally effects stay however, just would be nice to have.

I recently stayed at Marola Portosin in Tenerife and had a fantastic experience. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and was regularly cleaned to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always on hand to offer recommendations for things to do in the local area and answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Marola Portosin for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tenerife. The clean pool, well-equipped room, and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return in the future!

I have no complaints regarding my stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as it is within walking distance to the main strip as well as the beach and provides a quiet surrounding so you are not going to be bothered at night when trying to sleep.

We booked very last minute and our room was not the best. Although very clean with great facilities, we were on the main road which meant the room was noisy. There was no air-con and the fan provided did not work very well making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, we only stayed 1 night as we had pre book a hotel in San eugenio. If I have to book again, it will definitely be this. Rooms are spotless, pool is great with an abundance of sunbeds lol so no wars. Nice and quiet but if your looking for lively it's only a 7 minute walk to a great array of bars and eateries and brilliant atmosphere in most of the places we went.

costumer service, the location (you’re close to everything by taxi or walking distance). the hotel is such a good price and it’s beautiful would definitely stay here again. Siam park and mall are about 5 minutes by taxi, the strip is less than 10 minutes and you’re literally surrounded by shops. I liked the open view floors with no windows so you get to see the beautiful view.

Good location, close to the nicest beach on costa Adeje - playa de las Vistas. Two pools - out of which one is heated , so it was very good on cooler days. We did not have breakfast included, but the kitchen was well equipped. We even had new dishwashing gel and scrubbing tool for the dishes. Nice balcony. The night receptionist was especially helpful, giving us good travel advices.

pleasant apartment overlooking pool, very helpful staff, 15 mins walk to beach. we just stayed for 1 night before flying home as it was close to port.

as property is surrounded by other apartments and next to a main road we found it quite noisy at night.

nice hotel, friendly staff and very helpful, nice location, rooms are big and have a nice view.

you have to pay for the wifi inside the room, you have to give a deposit for a towel for the pool, pool opens at 10-18:00 so you have to wait until 10, for the bar you can only pay with cash they don’t accept card.

It’s all about the sunshine in Tenerife, and the pool area - with a superb heated pool - captured all the sun
