the Pool is amazing and so was our bedroom

IT IS NOT ADULTS ONLY we left due to the amount of kids. also the staff didn’t act as an 4 stars hotel. they didn’t book us dinner reservation and the places they reccomended to have dinner at where closed… the acuarian receptionist was great though.

This stay was perfect - the staff are so welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond to help with anything they can. The hotel is beautiful - clean everywhere, and we loved the facilities! The pool has a little bridge and is a really nice area with loads of seating. Breakfast is served in the restaurant / terrace area and we enjoyed sitting outside to eat it. Lunch and dinner is also served in the restaurant/terrace, and the options were brill - loved the paella.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely rooms. Fantastic location. House keeping brilliant- lovely clean rooms daily. All staff were kind, thoughtful and nothing was too much. A very special mention to Farly, Victor, Noah, Hassan and Valentino, who were incredible in their own ways and went above and beyond in helping us. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Hotel Swiss Moraira.

Nothing was perfect

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice for hot food, fruit and continental style breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu was excellent and the food was creative, tasty and beautifully presented. Hotel was peaceful and chilled, ideal for adults.

The service at breakfast for table laying and attention to new arrivals should have been better. I do not think there was enough staff. The music playing all day round the pool could have been more subtle and quieter.

We arrived mid week in April so was pretty quiet. Not a problem though, like it that way. Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly staff and free parking

On arrival the fridge in the room was broken but after a couple of days, it was replaced. There was no SAFE in the room(211). Told the reception about this twice, and never got the problem solved. We had to carry our valuables around in the end, not ideal.

The ground floor rooms smell a bit musty and initially was a little difficult for breathing. I sprayed a lot of perfume and blasted the air conditioning to circulate better air! But the beds are comfortable and the housekeeping good.

Beautiful piece of heaven in the middle of Moraira ! This hotel is very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated . The service was above and beyond . I am on a wheelchair and they did everything to keep me happy . Its very close to town so its a perfect solution for Holiday ! 100 % for everyone

Great food in the restaurant and at breakfast. The waterfall by the restaurant is a lovely feature but a little noisy when trying to have a conversation. All the staff were friendly and excellent. Beautiful pool and grounds The bedroom was great and the private balcony with hot tub was very special.

There was nothing we didn't like,however, although the menu in the restaurant was excellent, a choice of some plainer food would have been good.

Great staff . Very helpful. Farley was exceptional. Asset to the hotel. Comfortable rooms and good shower. Lovely private terrace too.

Need a car unless you eat onsite which can be expensive but what food we had was very good. Sold to us as adult only. It isn’t so beware.

A nice hotel for a relaxing stay, full of nature, a nice and cosy spa and confy rooms. With the option of a hot tub, which is sadly uncommon. The breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant too. Compliments to Yasmina, for her excellent attention.

The only gripe I have is that the room walls are too thin and you can easily hear your neighbors bed exercises, or the people down in the hall.
