The room is ok size, clean and fit our needs. The breakfast was good, though a bit expensive. The hotel is beautiful inside. It was located in a good, convenient part of the city.

We were there over a weekend so maybe it was a bit more raucous than on week nights but one night we had the window open and several young men (probably drunk) were outside making a lot of noise and then exposed themselves and urinated on the property. This part of the property backs onto an alley so it is a public area but it was a bit disturbing. Not the hotel's fault - just weird.

The building and room were extremely clean and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay and had a delicious breakfast. Especially when I realized that I lost my passport on the airplane on the way to Granada, Cristina really tried to help me out by calling many places. She kept calling Granada and Barcelona police and Vueling airline for me. Luckily I could return to Barcelona without my passport and I owe it all to Cristina because she did all the work for me. Thank you so much for your kindness, I really appreciate your help. I could get a new passport in Barcelona and could safely return to Korea. Thank you, Cristina!

great location, clean and stylish room and bathroom, AC (cool in the summer heat), small fridge which is good for keeping water bottles cold, value for money, pretty lobby.

breakfast was quite pricey (and looked meat heavy!) so we didn’t bother as plenty of better options nearby; the room and bed were both quite a bit smaller than we expected but it was fine; no tea making facilities in the room and ironing facilities are available on request. also thought it odd that I completed an online checkin “to save time” and then we ended up doing a full checkin at the hotel anyway - makes me wonder what was the point of the online one and where my data went?

Absolutely excellent! The hotel was immediate in all messages and requests and we absolutely loved and appreciated that they sent a YouTube link along with photos on how to get to the hotel. (Do not use Google..incorrect arriving and departing.) Every staff was brilliant and our room excellent. It's very convenient to all shopping and dining and a 28 min (brisk) walk to the Alhambra. If you want to walk, it's uphill at approx 10k steps. Very challenging if you have any physical issues. Otherwise you can grab a cab or stop off the city bus tour. Parking: assigned spots. We had a bit bigger car so it was a bit challenging parking and exiting the garage.

Checkin took a few minutes with lots of typing and form filling going on. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely large clean room and bathroom. There’s an underground garage for easy, secure parking. A short walk into the city centre where there are numerous bars and eating places. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Young lady on reception deserves a special mention for helping me out in sending a parcel. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike here.

Upon arrival we were given a very small room and and very small bed, all more suitable for a single person. However in the afternoon next day and upoin asking, we were given a much better room with no extra charge. This hotel is situted in the very heart of Granada and the location was perfect for both shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, bars etc.. We walked everywhere also to the Albycin and Sacromonte barrios with no problem. The hotel also facilitated an underground parking garage.

All was good (except the weather which was scoring hot with 44 deg C in the afternoons :-)

Location was tricky to find but worth it in the end. Room was nice and big and large bathroom, very comfortable. Parking underground is super convenient and makes the headache of finding the space worth it. Good recommendations for local restaurants also appreciated.

Perhaps on the directions also include one from the Alhambra as I am sure like us some people will be traveling after visiting the Alhambra so not sure if that requires more information on the map.

Ideal location in Granada with only a couple of minutes walk to all of the hustle and bustle including the Alcaiceria market, Cathedral, busy plazas and tapas bars including Calle Navas. The hotel was clean and we had a very large rooms overlooking a small plaza with orange trees which was so lovely. The hotel had friendly staff and provided a good breakfast, we will certainly stay here again when we next visit Granada.

There are road restrictions around the hotel which can make travelling by car a little more challenging. We took a taxi from the train station and our taxi driver knew the streets well and took us to the door of the hotel but can see how people have found it challenging to locate. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which is unusual for a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are generally comfortable and quite spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location in a back street right in the city centre is great for restaurants, the cathedral, city centre sights and the Alhambra.

The area the hotel is in is very noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening (until 4 am !!). Some rooms are very quiet. Our first night (Friday) was awful and we had no sleep due to the noise. When we mentioned it Saturday morning we were moved to q quiet room. This was quiet (excellent) but the room was very hot and the air con not working.

Hotel and room were great. Room clean and comfortable . Breakfast staff were great and breakfast was good . Would have be better with fried eggs not just scramble eggs.

The Bar was a mess. Staff were drinking and this put us off trying the food. Tables were left covered in food and crumbs. Some times the staff were out side smoking leaving one person in the bar. The ham was left uncovered . The beer glasses had a dish washer taste because they were taking glasses out of the dish washer and putting them in a container of water and ice. Sounds good but they never changed the water so the water was just dishwasher water in the end . People were not given a proper measure of beer. Glasses left outside all night on the shelf. In fact the bar just looked unhygienic .
