Hotel Adsubia

My stay at Adsubia was a good one and I got a good deal by booking well in advance. Simple but very clean premises and the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel itself is centrally located but a bit of a walk from the harbour. The good thing about this is that you get to experience some good places nearby that otherwise you probably wouldn't, like some bars and restaurants that have a more authentic feel to them than the ones down the harbour or in the historic centre. I didn't opt in for their breakfast but it sounds like a good deal for a buffet style.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like but I think that the rooms in this hotel would greatly benefit from having a laptop safety box and a small fridge inside.

Staff was super supportive and friendly, room cleaned every day, breakfast was perfect. The location is excellent - everything is in 10-15 min by foot.

We stayed in the hotel with our 14-months son. I think it's a common problem for many non-smoking hotels - how can they punish guests who smokes? Our window was looking into a very small indoor patio (our and 3 others rooms). One of the guests ingnored the rules and smoked, so this small patio became a cell filled in with poisinous tobacco fume, and this tobacco fume filled in our room. Hotel did spoke with the man several times, but he just ignored everything. One very angry Ukrainian woman resolved the problem in one conversation. So I think the rules to be changed allowing hotels facing similar issue to apply more strict rules and measures to such ignorant and rude guests. Otherwise other guests will take over, which might not be safe for the other side of the discussion

This was our 4th stay here, as we have always been very impressed with the location, room, staff etc. Now, we always stay here when we are Denia. This occasion was no different with one exception.

On the first evening of our stay, we found an item on the floor of our room (not hidden) which should have been securely bagged and binned. I took it to the receptionist (who was very apologetic and offered a room change which I declined as we had unpacked and it was late) and told her that I expected to hear more from the hotel management. No contact was made, and were very disappointed.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. 10 min walking from the Port, 2 min Mercadona and 5 min all the bars and restaurants. Very friendly lady in the reception, always smiling and happy to give some advices about the city, really appreciate it. The room was ok and clean.

The cleaning lady's were very noisy. Even if we stayed only one night and our room didn't need a cleaning service we could hear them from 8 in the morning talking very loud in the hall.

We like everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Very efficient AC and excellent water pressure in the bathroom. Lots of choice for breakfast.. Finally the reception staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Remember the hotel is on a busy road and for light sleepers it might be a good idea to ask for a room at the back . It's not unduly noisy but passing large vehicles might disturb

Everything was at its usual high standard

The property is located almost in the centre of Dénia, so there is a walking distance to all major attractions in the town. Staff was very helpful, our room was good size with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I like that maid service was performed in our room on daily basis. And The biggest advantage of this property is its price, it’s really good value. Highly recommend Hotel Adsubia to anyone who is travelling on budget.

On minus side of this property I have to mention about paper thin walls. You can here your neighbours if they are a bit noisy. Also The hotel doesn’t offer a free parking which some people can find annoying, but there is a public car park for free on the other side of the road , 100yds away from the hotel.

Good location. Close to supermarket and only a short walk to the sea front. Very clean and useful to have its own underground car park.

Walls of the rooms apparently quite thin so noise from other areas was sometimes distracting - doors would slam and TVs on late at night. Probably only to be expected as people would be out late. Use of ear plugs would be recommended to get a good nights sleep.

This hotel was a nice surprise! Great price for 4 night stay!!! the room was spacious and so was the bathroom! Aircon/wifi worked well and room was cleaned everyday (if that is what you wanted). We didn't opt-in for breakfast. Staff were friendly - provided us with the map and tips for surroundings. This hotel was 10 minute walk from the castle. Big supermarket close by. 15 minute walk to the main bus station. Overall great stay.

Perfect stay, nice staff, all around is blue zone and arriving 18 hrs and leaving 9 o'clock it cost just euro! Near the center, spacious room! Plenty of hot water....what's else!? Aaaa, nice breakfast in quite situation!
