Js Ca'n Picafort

The location is awesome! The beach is in front of the hotel with direct view to the sea. I had breakfast, dinner there every day watching the sea. The personnel was very friendly, they spoke English and German. I would like to mention especially Pablo in the dining area, who was very very nice! Muchas gracias por todo Pablo!

The bathtub was not clean when I moved in. It had strange yellow marks on it, looked like shower gel or cleaning fluid that hasn't been removed. Everything else was clean.

The property was on an excellent spot, near the beach with a breath taking view over the sea! Good size bedroom with air conditioning. Very very friendly staff. Near buss stop, only 5 min walk. Tip on travelling with bus, DO ask the buss driver for your destination. Some busses only does pickups. For example buss 302 to Palma only does pickups up to Palma not droppings ( if you plan to stop to Alcudia) even though Alcudia shows on the bus stop schedule.

My only issue about the room were, to much sunlight in the room soon as the sun rises as the curtains were not blackouts and also the bed pillows, as they feel very bumpy all over.

Our room was at the end of the house so we had a great view of the ocean and a part of the city. The beach is right in front of you and in the evening it’s not too noisy from any bars or restaurants (room: sea view, 4th floor). We only ate breakfast and it had everything you need and more! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge use your name when he speaks to you so you feel welcome right from the start. I already booked a room for next summer - I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The matresses were too soft. Can’t find anything else that so didn’t like.

Lovely position on seafront. Front of hotel mostly in shade so perfect for me an older lady as room didn't get too hot.

Towels not changed. Didn't realise you need to put in Bath if you need them changed.

Staff were all very super friendly, hard working and had great sense of humour. Location is amazing! Evenings spent watching the sun go down.

Dinner food variety. It felt like there was lots of the same food. However that could be just because I am fussy.

Excellent beach front location, nice restaurant with a view besides being close to many other restaurants and bars and good to have a balcony in the room to chill.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Worth paying for beach view, changes the whole experience.

Close to everything. On the beach, step out the hotel and you're on the beach.

Rooms were small and had a tiny balcony.

Hotel by the sea with very nice spot if you want to have a good time

Seems like everything’s is made to German tourists. I think it should keep the Spanish culture up on top.

Plenty of choice location to beach and town centre.

No facility to make hot beverages in room, ideally fridge with freezer compartment
