Garden Holiday Village - Adults Only

After the first night we concluded that the aircondition wasn't working well (above 30 celsius degrees in room). We noticed this to the reception and they directly arranged an engineer. But the engineer could not repair the airconditioning so we got an alternative room which was bigger. The aircondition was working better. For the rest everthing was ok like: breakfast, spa, kind personnel etc.

On the internet is staying that it is an airconditioning but it's more an climate system with 1 temperature. We couldn't change the temperature. Everybody likes an another temperature but if you like an very cold room, it isn't possible with this system.

-Super kind and friendly employees, we felt like a part of a family and it was tough to say goodbye to them! btw Most of the employees can speak freely English and German, which is a HUGE plus. -Super cosy area with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool. The water temperature was always refreshing:D -If we take into consideration our 2 part of the stay cleanliness was on high level everywhere. -Breakfast and dinners were great. For breakfast, they offered different things, which was nice and I could always find fresh and not less important tasty fruits! Dinners were amazing, especially themed days, huge thanks to the chef! -We felt that there was enough space in the room to move and store things)) -The conditioner was working by us perfectly by the way -We wouldn't say that the beach is super far away, it's reachable and if you are super lazy, there is a transfer!

The main problems hotels have in this area is due to high humidity, therefore some things rust faster than normal or this hotel uses doors that are not suitable for bathrooms.... Our first 2 nights were not as great as we wanted and our room didn't meet our expectations mostly due the same fact. The bathroom was awful, super rusty, old toilet seat and terrible smell, worn out door and bedsheets had a dirty spot BUT they offered us another room which was perfect! So I would say there is a lottery. If we remember numbers right, then 134 was wonderful and 234 awful.

The room was a good size and the hotel itself was in an excellent location, very peaceful and only 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel did provide a shuttle to and from the beach twice a day which we took advantage of. The pool was a great size and never felt busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

On the first night our air conditioning did not work properly, they provided us with a fan and fixed the next morning but it was still not great and still had to use the fan. The breakfast buffet was ok but would have expected more for a 4* hotel.

The hotel is very nice, wide and clean pool, good and diverse breakfast, cozy rooms with a great view. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The staff were great, especially the woman at the reception (with orange hair, sorry for not knowing her name)..

The walk to the beach takes around 15 minutes. The only think I missed was some nutela at breakfast..

Staff was superb, we were treated very well by the hotel and the staff! The pool and the whole site are wonderful, everything just like in the photos, maybe even better! The calmness of the site was also a great plus - so it is a literal adults only hotel situation!

Beds - Beds were comfy however 2 single beds were just put next to each other to make a double bed, it'd be great if they can figure a better way of putting together a double bed.

Great location, great atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

were amazing days, when I arrived I was very well received by Maria and her entire team. Extremely nice and friendly. Smile on my face all the time, I felt welcomed and welcomed with joy. The structure is simply fantastic! what a very carefully cared for. The gastronomy then, impeccable! breakfast with a lot of variety is an amazing flavor, all by command of the nice and loving cheff Sergio. I want to go back!

pool and surrounding good . restaurant good , very clean staff helpful

wifi kept dropping . gym equipment poor , tea making facilities comprised of a kettle , no cups no coffee no tea .

We really loved the Garden Village. It was so cozy and clean! The staff was amazing. And Paco!!!!!!! :)))) The half board was excellent! I wanna go back, it's such a good vibe there!!!!!

Jaccuzzi could have been little more warmer 😀
