Definitelty value for your money. Rooms are small but clean and modern with good lighting. I think every room has a balcony which is always a plus. I had the all inclusive and I am gluten and dairy intolerant but i could still have a good meal for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, if you are vegan or vegetarian it might be better to go for the breakfast option only. Staff was incredibly nice. Great location for families as they had a few kids attractions nearby and close to a calmer part of the beach.

I found the food and the choice exceptional in all aspects for a 4 star hotel. Better than a 5 star hotel I have stayed in recently.

While it will not detract from my execellant rating I found the distance of 15cm. between the end of the bed and the wall interesting. With the TV hung in the middle it was awkward for me to negotiate the gap to reach the balcony. How our more weight challanged fellow tourist managed, I speculate. Perhaps they had to roll across the bed. I wonder if the bad was strong enough for all that rolling. The mind boggles.

the room was nice, clean and cosy. very modern cute decor! the bathroom was clean, spacious with powerful shower. the pool area and bar was fantastic. great location. would definitely recommend

the ground floor veiw from balcony wasn't the best, facing the side of the hotel. but thats ok. i hardly spent time out there. the breakfast was nice, good selection but lacked flavor and there was no condiments like ketchup and mayo.

The food was really nice and the location perfect :) everything you need is around you. The whole Hotel is super clean and new which makes you feel really comfortable. The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also the cocktails at the bar are really good ;)

Staff (Vito) upon arrival excellent.. upgraded room. Amazing view. Nice comfy sitting area to eat etc

The hotel premises were a little small and as was low season beach bar facilities unavailable.. food didn't change from dinner to lunch choices . Although there was variety. Some changes to add more variety could help .

Everything from location , rooms to breakfast and friendliness of staff all exceeded our expectations and we fully enjoyed every minute . Amazing to enjoy all the different milks at breakfast we as a family prefer , beautiful setting by the lake and great gym

limited choice for none meat eaters for snacks within all inclusive. Nut allergy sufferer in the group - foods containing nuts not labelled or obvious and cross contamination with other nearby foods. As usual no sun beds round the pool area- early risers leaving their towels on sun beds all day. 30 min rule did not appear to be enforced.

Free soft drinks, room standard, proximity to beach.

One lift wasn’t working. Desk staff polite but 2 staff members asked if we were staying at the hotel which was strange. More bus/trip info available to read in files would have been good.

location is excellent pool and lounge area excellent food was good and had a good range staff were excellent air con was good

needs more pool chairs TVs weren’t the best rooms are bit small but they are fine

I liked everything from the room to the food and the extra features as well and the view from the balcony of the room was very good. The breakfast and dinner were perfect full of variety and always fresh.

The only things that could improve the experience was having English TV as this was not available despite British channels showing up on the TV but there was no pictures
