The wifi in the room wasn't strong enough to work properly. Lighting wasn't good to work either

Excellent value for money, rooms and beds clean and comfortable. Good location. Good choice for breakfast, dining room very clean. Staff helpful and friendly

Hotel description included toiletries shampoo etc but these had changed, think this should be reflected on website so visitors know to take their own shampoo conditioner

Everything was great. Room was ready when we arrived the staff are nice, seaview was great. The bottle of wine left in our room on my husband's birthday was much appreciated.

The outside sitting area is nice and we like sitting with a bottle of wine when we come off the beach but you are usually surrounded by people smoking. One night for instance one man lit one cigarette after another - he had 5 in the time we were sitting there. We went elsewhere other nights. The cakes at breakfast weren't as nice as last year.

My room was clean & comfortable. Staff great. Always accommodating & friendly. Loved the roof top bar - more could made of this - maybe some live music at night- why waste this lovely area?

The shower was in the bath, which I found difficult to get in & out of. Also, the balcony was like a postage stamp, overlooked, as well by other rooms, therefore no privacy. Also, I think there should be a brochure in every room, indicating, hotel facilities etc, rather than trying to capture what's available or going on from posters in the lift (elevator), or a small card at reception.

Nice staff, extra cold air-conditioner, comfortable beds, enormous bathroom with bath and not shower, huge variation of meals, sweets, fruit salads for breakfast and dinner, it is very close to the beach, supermarkets and bars.

Pool at the roof closes early at 7pm, we could use the umbrella/beds at the beach until 6:30pm and we would have liked to go to the pool after that for a bit longer than a half an hour. Paella caused a disappointment, the rice was always hard.

The staff (bar staff, cleaners, waitors/waitresses) were all so kind and helpful. The location was perfect, so close to the airport and right next to the beach. Cafes, restaurants and shops all close by. Rooms and facilities were very clean, great selection for breakfast. We didn't use the Spa so can't comment on that.

It's not good for clubbing, you'd need to get a taxi actually into Palma (unless we just didn't find the right spot). We didn't need it so it didn't ruin the holiday at all, but worth noting.

The location was great near restaurants, beach etc. I booked a single room I thought but got given a twin with a nice sea view. Room was comfortable and a good size, it had a bath with a shower attachment and I wasn't too hopeful the shower would be any good but it was actually, always good pressure and temperature. Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the bar. It has a spa for treatments and and very good sized gym so if this is important it's a good choice. It has a big roof area with pool, bar attended all the time, and loads of loungers you won't have a problem finding one as it is not very busy up there. I thought the 1 lift may be a problem but it wasn't, I never had much of an issue. A tip on the air conditioning, I entered my room after a night out and everything came on except aircon, I thought it was a loose connection and it wasn't working which was going to be an issue sleeping. However, my balcony door was not closed and when I closed that it came on so any issue check the door is closed.

There was no welcome water in the room or in reception so far as I could see which would be a nice touch and does not cost a lot. There are beds for hire on the roof that overlook the beach but at 60 euros for the day no thank you. Nobody was on them and I doubt this area gets used which is a shame as it has the best view, some tables and chairs for bar snacks there would be a better idea to get people buying things from the bar with the appeal of the view. The roof area was not that busy, the pool is ok for a dip but not really to spend the day by which is maybe the main reason although it is a good sized area and attended bar with changing facilities.

All liked it. The location is excellent, opposite the beach and the yacht club, nearby are many restaurants, cafes and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent. We booked half board (breakfast and dinner). Variety of dishes (buffet). Clean, cleaned every day.

We booked a double room with a sea view, because these rooms have their own terrace (these rooms are more expensive). But, unfortunately, not every terrace has a sun lounger chair , I would like to sunbathe privately. I contacted the reception and they couldn't fulfill my request. But this is a minus for me. Everything else is great.

Location was perfect. Roof top terrace was fabulous. Lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. The ideal hub for an amazing holiday. Service staff were friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast wasn't worth the cost. I would recommend going across the street for a fresh breakfast. Room was never swept so had numerous dust bunnies on the floor by the 2nd night. Bathroom was dark and no shelves to place shampoos etc. You can hear everything from neighbours, walls paper thin. Bring earplugs. Rooms were a little tight for space too. No coffee facilities in room. Downstairs Spa changing facilities were not fit for purpose.
