Hotel Argi-Eder, The Originals Relais (Relais du Silence)

We had stayed here before Covid and it was great to meet some of the same staff who had been at the hotel a few years ago. The location is very pleasant well away from the centre of the village with great views of the Pyrenees and easy access to walks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without exception - an object lesson in what great hospitality looks like. The dinner is exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was large with a separate sleeping and sitting area plus a balcony. We'd thoroughly recommend staying there.

Nothing - I can't think of anything I'd change

The hotel is in a beautiful village. The views from the balcony were exquisite…the room was beautiful and roomy. The pool was perfect. Dinner was superb.

The shower/tub was a bit dangerous as the glass panel is not stationery. A bit difficult to get in and out and can be slippery. Extra caution was necessary.

It was a fantastic hotel experience. The levels of service and hospitality were impeccable. The restaurant is exceptional, I think possibly the best food I have tasted and to be lucky enough to dine on the terrace overlooking the pool and lovely countryside. Wow! Thank you for a really terrific stay.

The staff were excellent also the location, close to the village. The swimming pool was great also the dinners, if a little expensive.

The area seems to suffer with flies which can be a problem with windows opening and in local restaurants

We have stayed here previously and on both occasions it has been excellent. Easy to park; a lovely welcome from the owner; a beautiful, clean, spacious room; and dinner in the evening was superb, served by very pleasant staff. It is an easy walk into the village and the location is excellent for exploring further afield by car. Despite all the difficulties imposed by Covid, the hotel is impeccably managed and we plan to stay again for a longer visit in the future.

Breakfast good choice of tasty food. Location superb with the most beautiful views. Being a short walk away from the village centre gave the hotel a great sense of serenity and peacefulness. Evening meals were very good.

Facilities are beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to use the pool due to heavy thunderstorms but it looked wonderful. Breakfast and dinner very nice. They made us feel very special. Thank you.

Really nice old building, very quite and peaceful. The food and pool were the highlight of the hotel. Nice area to visit!

Need minor refurnishing to keep its glory. The food is amazing and worth the money, but there are not cheaper options.

Beautiful area. Nice and quiet hotel. Big pool and nice pool area. Friendly staff. Big parking area. Great hiking area, amazing view from the mountain behind the hotel. Comfortable room. Comfortable beds.
