Hotel Uri&

I stayed here on the last lap of a month long stay in Korea so stepping in to the room, it was a bit disappointing compared to the other hotels I had booked. However, the location gives it top marks in my book. Firstly, the airport bus station is within walking distance so that was convenient for us when we had to carry our luggage around. The station is within Coex Mall, which made this stay very enjoyable. We spent so much time at the mall, just hanging out, shopping and buying food. Getting to the subway station was about 15 minutes by foot if you walk through the mall, it's more pleasant than taking the longer route on the street (we discovered this through trial and error.) The main reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to Jamsil Arena, as we were there for the SUGA | Agust D D-Day Tour concert (amazing show by the way, 10/10!) I knew it was close by but was floored by how close it was! The arena was only one train stop away and we opted to walk back to the hotel after the concert, which took about 30 minutes. If you love shopping and are in Korea for a concert at Jamsil Arena, this is an ideal choice.

The room was very small; there wasn't even a desk. Yes it was a twin room but for the price I was expecting a little more. It was set up like a dorm but with no desk. It was still nice and comfortable enough to stay in.

Excellent location, walking distance to major shopping malls, close to bars and restaurants and is roughly 10 - 15 min drive to some of the main attractions Seoul has to offer. Staff were well mannered and welcoming and had no problems organising early check in options which was perfect for a tiring morning of travel. Rooms were clean with decent ammenities and the price was extremely competitive compared to other hotels.

Rooms were a little on the smaller side, but that is to be expected due to price and the overall size of Seoul hotel rooms.

The location was okay

The sauna was only available for men and the fitness center didn’t have enough equipment. The bikes were both broken. There was only two treadmills and dumbbells.

Good value for a clean comfortable room - helpful staff and all essential amenities onsite. Great location - walking distance to Coex and lots of restaurants.

I stayed here twice - the second time the heating was permanently on with no AC so the room was at 27°C + most of the stay which was a little uncomfortable.

A Pleasant Stay at Hotel Uri& in Korea I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Uri& in Korea for a duration of five nights. The establishment met my expectations, providing a warm and inviting ambience. My room featured a nice king-sized bed, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploration. A highlight of the accommodation was the modern restroom equipped with an automatic toilet and a comfortable bathtub, elevating the overall experience. While the staff were not overly friendly, they were competent and helpful, addressing any concerns promptly. The blend of comfort and functionality found at Hotel Uri& made my stay enjoyable, and I would recommend it to travellers seeking a cosy yet modern retreat in Korea.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms were as advertised. Bedroom is on the smallish side, but bathroom was large. Self-flushing toilet was cool. Location is great! Only a 5 minute walk to COEX mall. There is a dedicated, inexpensive bus that travels non-stop from Incheon Airport to COEX.

Motion-detection light in the room hallway would turn on in the middle of the night when one guest is visiting the toilet. The light suddenly turning on would wake the other sleeping guests. The shower/tub was designed for bathing rather than showering. Water would quickly flood the bathroom floor while showering.

Location of hotel is great, close to airport limo bus, and COEX mall, and subway. Room is clean. Staff is friendly.

Room was uncomfortably small. Double bed was placed against 3 walls so there was only one way on the bed so if you had two people, one person had to move out of the way for the person closest to the wall to get out. Very little space for luggage. We did not unpack and had to keep our things in our luggage because the room was so small. Outlets were not universal and were loose. Our universal plugs kept getting unplugged because they were loose. Toilet was very close to the wall, felt very cramped and was hard to press on the buttons for the bidet controls because it was so close.

That was my first time in Seoul, so I hadn't had much experience. The hotel was cozy and clean! The bathroom was so clean, and everything was fine! The hotel internet is acceptable, but it's better to buy a local data sim card! Since Seoul is a rainy city, you can borrow an umbrella from the front desk. The rooms are small but quiet! There is a small fridge that you can use it! There are several bars. Starbucks, McDonalds, and grocery stores just in walking distance.

The rooms are small, and the beds are movable, but they didn't clean or vacuum the floors! So, the room floors were a little dusty and under beds were ...

A typical business hotel. Near CALT express and very near COEX. A bit of a walk from the hotel to the train station. A high end mall which is Hyundai was near the property which was good for shopping. If you’re a tourist it would be better to consider staying in a more touristy area.

I left my cord extension and my face wash in the hotel since i moved to a different hotel in another area. I realized the moment i checked in to my other hotel that i left it and advised them right away. They claimed none was surrendered to them by housekeeping. Im 101 percent sure though that i left it in their hotel.

All good with the hotel. Near train station & shopping. Lots of eateries around & at least 3 to 4 convenience within 50 steps from the property. Computers in the lobby. Staff can speak simple English, rooms are clean, bed comfortable. Pillows are ideal, but didn’t cause me any aches in the morning.

Room temperature control is the only negative thing I can say about the property. Temperature was constantly at 24 Celsius & only heating mode available. It’s December & probably some 0 or negative temperatures outside at night, but 24 Celsius is way too hot. Had to sleep with the window open. Gets noisy when the window is open.
