The location is very good. Lots of restaurants and shops. BFF and fish market are in walking distance. Nampo station is very close. Lotte department store is 5 mins walk. The hotel is modern and clean. The shower and toilet are separated. I recommend this hotel in Busan if you want to stay in Nampo area.

The bed and pillows were very hard.

Amazing location. Staff was extremely helpful ams spoke vert good English. Price was 2/3 of similar already discounted properties.

Matress was extremely firm. I usually prefer firm mattress but I believe it was a "rock bed", which is quite common is Korea and used to simulate sleeping on the floor. Pillows were also quite firm and thick. This wasn't the end of the world for me, but I know it could be a deal breaker for others. The design of the toilet is also something that could be off-putting. Wc is enclosed within glasses, meaning not perfect smell and noise isolation. However, having the sink and shower separately from the wc can also be seen as a plus.

good location (close to subway station and bus stop), and it’s in between busan station and BIFF square so it’s very convenient. the room is spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub, the beds are quite too firm but it’s totally fine with us. the bathroom lamp makes a noise but it doesn’t really bother us. lastly, the walls are quite thin so we can hear some guests talking out loud outside (at the corridor). the check-in and check-out process are smooth, we can also leave our baggage on the last day after checking out. overall the experience is great for 3d2n :)

I personally like the comfy bed and spacious room of the hotel. In addition, the location of the hotel is very near to Nampo station. I can find some convenience stores or pharmacies nearby the hotel. This is a great option for couples or families for a long stay in Busan.

After staying for two nights, I feel that the service attitude of the day shift staff at the front desk of the hotel is not very friendly. Apart from that, the hotel does not provide daily necessities such as dental kits and razors.

Location is awesome, 3 minutes to Nampo MRT. Opposite is kyochon chicken.

The glass of bathroom’s door is clear, Very embarrassed when I was traveling with my brother. One more thing on the last night of my stay, there was a fire alarm. When we fled downstairs from 12F to 1F in a hurry, the staff just told us that it was caused by someone smoking in the room. No one apologized and check everything is fine from floor to floor. The fire alarm light in our room kept blinking until I asked staff to fix it in the midnight. I hope hotel will face up to this serious problem and tell all guest not to smoke in the room when check in. Even though nothing happens in the end, the fire alarm really make people feel scared.

Massive room, it had a queen bed and a small double, the shower was so nice too. Everything was spotless. The washing machine and dryer are a god send! All you need to pay for is the detergent at the front desk and they are free to use. Not a huge fan of heights but the view from my window was lovely. The staff were very nice, very friendly and helped with anything you wanted. Even organised a taxi on my last day to help me to the train station.

2 Metro stops from Busan station. Room size and bathroom was comfortable. In 15th floor, I had a nice view at the bay. The staff was always ready to help and super friendly. Room and bathroom were well equipped.

The bed was really hard and barely comfortable. But I guess it's typical for East Asia

smooth check-in & check out. hotel staff were responsive with questions. use naver maps to locate hotel and other places (it’s more accurate than google maps). close to many facilities such as restaurants, bus stops and busan station.

aircon was complicated to use. would turn on for 5 minutes then turn back off. ocean view was quite deceiving, you’ll mostly see buildings lol

Location is an advantage. Very close to Lotte Mall and BIFF Square. Accommodated us and our friend well. Free coffee at the lobby and can do some work. We got harbor view which was awesome.

The bathroom is quite tricky, clean and large but could use more coverage for privacy. The lights were automatic so could go on then off but aside from that it was well-heated and can manage around it. A full-length mirror somewhere would be helpful as well.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. I was on the 13th floor and have a superb view on Busan harbour. It is very clean and the bathroom is big The location is next to a metro station that is connected to the train station, or is at 30 mim walk from the train station. It is a good location to go around Busan by bus or metro
