The location was fairly central, but a bit far from where I needed to be. I mentioned this to the manager and he was extremely helpful is assisting me to find somewhere closer to my conference, and allowing me to shorten my booking. The staff were great, always ready to assist.

There was no bottled water in the room, or a fridge, and no convenient water cooler on the floor. If I was thirsty in the night, I would have needed to go to reception for iced water.

The location was very good as I was staying in Johannesburg only for 1 night. 30 min drive from airport and very safe place. The staff was really polite and friendly. We arrived late and ordered dinner in the room which was very nice. Breakfast was full and very nice. I would have been very happy should my stay be longer.

The manager of the restaurant Victor gas a terrible attitude. Victor at the restaurant thought it a much better idea to make me stand and wait for over an hour while he wiped down tables that noone was using before he would assist me in getting the cushions for the seat iwas given

The Staff; from security, to front desk and everybody else we encountered were absolutely friendly. Breakfast was great and got us ready for the long day we had ahead of us on New Year's Day.

I didn't like that we only stayed for only 1 night, we will definitely be back :-)

Breakfast was served on time and very well prepared.

Access to the upper floors is a bit of a hassle when you have heavy luggage as you have to use the stairs. A ramp or a lift would really be helpful. Also the gym door this time around couldn't close properly.

Everything was awesome,from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to the kitchen all friendly and helpful. The hotel was just 5 minutes from Sandton Convention Centre,which was convenient. Keep up the good work

Nothing, I wish I had stayed longer...

It was affordable, value for money, very comfortable and conveniently located

The garden services started cleaning up at 8am . That was disturbing. Also there was music playing outside our window, not sure if it was from a car or the gardner

Breakfast was fairly good. Location met our requirements.

Stairways was a problem for us as we are over 70's. The first room allocated to us was in an extremely noisy area. Deafening club music. We didn't appreciate that as my husband was due for heart surgery the next morning, and needed a good night's rest. We requested a change of room and location. Hence we were allocated an upstairs room. Reception was very co-operative to our needs.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as clean and tidy. We were given a comfy sleeper couch as an additional bed for my 7 year old at no extra cost which was a huge plus.

Parking area...poor lighting, which made it feel a bit unsafe... additional security measures should be considered.

The facility is very nice, liked the location, it served well for my purpose and easily accessible

In my room the bed wasn’t the best, I think they can do better on this. My gwad the size of tv is unbelievable small and blurry can’t catch up on news
