The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get firmer pillows on request. The location is in the centre of the Old Town, very close to the nicest parts of Bratislava. The room also had an AC unit, which we appreciated in the sweltering heat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, eager to help us with various requests.

The breakfast could have been more varied, have items such as plain (not only sweetened) yoghurt on offer, a sharper bread knife, better coffee. We also noticed there were no smell trap on the bathroom sink's plumbing, so we had some strong smells coming up from the sink.

The Hotel location was great, right in the Old City Center, so everything was in a close walking distance. The room was huge and the beds very comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable and two kids could easily sleep there. The breakfast room was decorated to look like a traditional Slovak house and there was even traditional Slovak music playing in the background. The breakfast was very good and had food variety for all tastes. The hotel staff was really kind and helpful.

The toilet was in a different room from the toilet bin, the washbasin and the shower, in a room which was too small.

location is fabulous, close to everywhere in old town. staff was not always available but provided cell phone worked. not sure if foreigners want to call local number though. otherwise they were very attentive, polite and helpful. breakfast was lovely, coffee could be upgraded but selection was decent and of good quality - cheese, sausage, ham, veggies - all fresh; omelette is rarely that tasty in hotels as it was here. pastry and bread fresh and warm. I would just add white yoghurt as an option.

we generally liked everything; I only would clean bathroom better, floor especially if guests stay for more days.

For anyone without perfect balance, the shower in a bathtub, having no enclosing structure (or even a grab rail on the wall) to help, is VERY FRIGHTENING as one simple fall could break a leg or hip. Especially dangerous for older women. Add tiredness and slippery soap and it is a disaster waiting to happen. While not all rooms may have a shower like this, we should not need to ask for a safe shower. Older people like us tend not to complain - they just stop coming. Also although we liked your restaurant almost everything had sheep or pig dishes, which my wife is allergic to. Please increase the options of other meals. Thank you for an otherwise lovely visit in a wonderful hotel.

What a sweet hotel! Spiral staircase, glass elevator. We had a clean and nice room with roof windows and blackout shades. The bathroom was huge and had a rain shower head. No iron in the room but housekeeper will bring it to you when you ask. Worked perfect. Their breakfast was satisfying and my picky kids were going back for more of their scrambled eggs (seriously, for the record). Plus, they have one of the best coffees in town. Everything is a walking distance and parking garage is a 4 min walk - not a big deal with the luggage. I did it with 2 kids and 4 pieces just fine. Vana at the front desk and Anna the housekeeper were genuinely helpful and nice.

The patio was really lovely (Rm 14, superior double), people were nice, breakfast is basic but good, location is great. I booked again for our return stay in Bratislava.

We stayed twice. The first stay, the a/c wasn't working and we only realized after reception closed. No one answered the phone number provided for after hours (I think it gave an out of order message), so I sent an email. Luckily someone from the adjoining restaurant helped (it had to be turned on from the breaker). Check everything before 7 pm. I was pretty frustrated when the number didn't work. Beds are comfy but kinda soft.

Everything was beyond our expectations! The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the city, you can visit the main tourist points and basically do everything by foot, it really is amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was outstanding! The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay in Bratislava great. I cannot recommend this place more!

it’s only 1 minute walk to the old town square. the hotel is in small pedestrian side street from the Main Street where a lot of restaurants are located and charming shops. just a minute walk out the corner but away from noise. my room is charming and quite spacious. very comfortable. it has restaurant downstairs by the lobby and the food is awesome! very popular restaurant.

The location was perfect!!! The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast was really nice. The receptionist who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that they kept my luggage for several hours after the check out - without charge - because my flight was in the afternoon and i needed to stroll the city light.

There was a tiny problem with the flush - It sometimes stopped filling water but it would refill after some time. I would like it if there were slippers.

Excellent location. Walking distance from everything. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was big too. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but very good. The staff was very helpful and very kind. Especially the girls at the reception were willing to help and answer all our questions. As we told them that to we had to check out early in the morning before breakfast time, they arranged to give us sandwiches and other breakfast stuff from the previous night.
