Very spacious rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, amenities ( toiletries and personal care products) are great and bathroom was superb

Non availability of wheelchair although it was noticed in hotel, but never provided and we had to purchase one , also attitude of concierge when asked for it and that we are not happy and we will share bad review he didn't care which was really bad experience. To be honest the road was blocked by excavation and maintenence which affected the location. It is far from ladies entrance , although they provide shuttle to drop women but they need to make it every 15 minutes not half an hours also at Fajr prayer they need to make it every 15 minutes instead of 1 hr.

The room was spacious. Location was close to the Gate 37 of Masjid An-Nabawi, for visiting Rawdah which was a plus.

The location is a bit far from the women's entrance. So, if you're travelling with family, please make a note of it. Moreover, the nearby shops are more expensive than the ones in the front of the masjid near Oberoi or Daar At-Taqwa, which is a bit disadvantageous.

+ plenty of free water bottles in the room + hotel is very close to haram + staff very friendly and helpful + breakfast buffet has 2 floors

- rooms are NOT sound proof: not between rooms, nor hallway or streets. Unfortunately the slightest sound can be heard and easily interrupts your sleep, and we were on the 10th floor! - there is no in-room dining - Breakfast buffe food not very good, almost everything is greecy or used cheap material (nothing fresh)

The suite was quite spacious and clean with 2 separate washrooms, ideal for a big family of upto 6 people. Location is perfect, very close to Prophet's mosque and the view from the room was awesome as one can see the entire mosque

Breakfast could have been better with more continental options, different fruits and yoghurt options. Apparently, there was a shuttle service for ladies to drop them near their entry gates but it never came on time

You know what they say About Madinah they make you welcome, well in this Hotel they really make you welcome in style, all people have a happy face in the hotel staff or guests. Location and the view from the room is second to none.

‏men receptionists in night shift are so bad and not professional specially Mr. Abdullah Mohammed or Mohammed Abdullah when I showed my dissatisfaction about The lack of guiding signs to the reception, which made me went outside the hotel and walk more than a kilometer until I reach the reception. ‏His reaction was to laugh loudly , this reaction give you a brief towards His level of education, moral and lack of respect and the management as well.

Breakfast spread was good and filling. Can push it till as close to iftar timing as possible (4:45 am, instead of 4:00 am). The dining area manager was very courteous and kind, special word of thanks for him. Up/ down shuttle service till the women’s gate helped

Cleanliness was amiss. Bathrooms need a little repair.

Room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was superb but did not like waiting in long queues for certain hot foods as there was only one staff member. Need at least 2 staff members to cater for demand. Location was good - less than 5 minute walk to masjid Al-Nabawi however, women’s entrance is further away. Staff friendly and understanding - allowed us to stay for a few hours after check out time.

Cleanliness was not of good standard. Carpet had stains ,shower required some attention with maintenance and appearance and furniture /appliances were not hygienically cleaned. Housekeeping was rushed with cleaning tasks when requested and had to repeatedly request top up of items. Overall, requires improvement with standards of cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

I recently concluded a 9-day stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina, marking my second visit to this hotel. As someone who travels to Madina every 3-4 months, I have had the opportunity to experience what this establishment has to offer on multiple occasions. Overall, my stay was very good, largely due to the hotel's prime location, just a few steps away from the Haram. This convenience is a major draw for me. However, there is room for improvement, particularly concerning the breakfast buffet. The hotel could benefit from diversifying its offerings. Additionally, I noticed that the fruit cakes were not always fresh, and there were minor issues with the freshness of food products. Despite these points, I believe the hotel delivers value for money. Given my experiences, I intend to continue choosing Pullman Zamzam Madina for my future visits. Its proximity to the Haram and the overall quality of the stay make it a worthwhile choice, though I hope to see enhancements in the variety and freshness of the breakfast offerings in the future.

The room faced an internal courtyard with nothing to see at all. However, they do try to make up for it with a comfortable room.

The lighting in the room was not great. Bedding was not changed in the 4 nights that I stayed there. An exclusion zone to protect guests from being constantly approached by touts for taxis and merchandise. For a 5 Star Hotel, the wait at reception was exceptionally long with waits up to 15 mins. For a hotel that receives international guests, it would be advisable to provide some TV channels in alternative languages.
