Excellent Location, Very clean , and spacious bed , it was really a twin bed not single bed as many hotels write twin bed but give single bed. Breakfast was amazing , one should book online as if you book directly from restaurant then it will be very expensive.

The 2 staffs at the breakfast special section was very polite and helpful . Rooms well kept and clean. Reception staffs polite and of great hrlp

The distance from Haram was a bit challenging for me. The price is too steep. Could Give discount to repeated guests

Have to waste a lot of water before one gets hot water. Wifi is not very good.

The hotel was very close to the masjid, room was spacious for 4 people, we was on the 12th floor which gave us a view of Mount Uhud and the Masjid. Very close to the ladies prayer area of the Masjid, loads of shops close by, so ideal if you are travelling with family.

We was on the VIP floor but was not told about the VIP lifts. The finish on the bathroom tiles was poor for a 5 star hotel. One socket was broken and there was noise of the AC on the roof. To be honest if the maintenance was kept on top of I would of give the hotel a 10. But for £200+ a night it needs to improve on maintenance

We start from the entrance of the hotel and the reception was excellent and we were very welcomed. We did not wait long and we received the rooms quickly and easily. The elevators were many and the instructions were clear. The room was on the first floor and it was spacious, cheerful and beautiful. A fruit basket was sent after our arrival and there was unparalleled attention. Breakfast was great. It is diverse and the hotel is very close to the Prophet’s Mosque, as it is located in the middle between the men’s gate and the women’s gate. This hotel is the best in Medina.

The property had great access to the Prophet’s mosque, restaurants, shops, and other commercial facilities.

They really need to deep clean the toilets before they start looking like a 2-star hotel. Poor ventilation and marks on the floor and ceilings. The housekeeping and staff were a little unavailable. There are no bellboys in the hotel to help with moving heavy luggage during checkin or checkout. One particular day we had to call the housekeeping 3 times for them to show-up to clean and refill toiletries/water bottles.

Maden is just behind Hilton on the same row; excellent location, just a few minutes walk to haram and women’s entrance gate. We stayed in a quadruple room, and there was plenty of space for my family. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed; fridge, safe, tea coffee maker. The lobby and reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Room service person was good. The floors had a lovely aroma, as you come out of the lifts. The restaurant staff are very hardworking and were very attentive and saw to our needs. We went during the month Ramadan, so we had Iftar as part of our package. The restaurant had a variety of food options, catering for everyone’s tastes and palate; there were plenty of choices for drinks and desserts. They also had a ice cream cart at the entrance, BR brand, little pricey but delicious ice cream, my kids husband loved it. lots of eateries close by, shops, shopping malls and Bin Dawood Supermarket for anything you may need, including western brands snacks and goods. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maden and we would stay here again; I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants decent accommodation and comfortable stay and it’s very close to Prophet’s Mosque.

Very close to Haram Overall, a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay. Although, I feel the price was expensive On Eid day, Medina and the Haram area were extremely busy. Hotel made facilities for prayers for the hotel guests directly outside the hotel

On arrival, 3 people at reception who were trying to look busy. Unfortunately, none asked why I was there. Finally, after waiting a few minutes, when I interrupted them one apologised and checked me in quickly and politely. Bathroom tiles - grout needs attention in places Enquired at the restaurant, was informed Iftar and suhoor 150 KSR. Even if I wished to just have suhoor, still 150 KSR - why? Need a larger fridge in the room Cleaners turning up late into the evening to clean

Very clean hotel and everywhere it smells so good!!!! Check in took only 2 mins. the gentlemans were so lovely and gave us more keys when we lost many times. also they offered us late checkout without any fees to pray Friday prayers. The best thing was when we checked in our shower was broken and called front office and they sent rightaway Technian to repair. and since we came to saudia we’ve been to so many 5 stat hotel but this is the one where you can quality service!!!! Great job to Front office staff!

It’s close to the mosque. The staff are very friendly I like to mention Amro the Manager and Ahmad Aloufi at the front desk and all front desk staff they made our stay comfortable. So thank you. Stay in this Hotel it’s wonderful and worth the time and money. Worth to mention the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed it. You should have it.

The shower area in my room needs attention and I mentioned that to Mr. Amro and he promised to take care of it.
