Location was perfect, the staff at reception was very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms were newly redone but there are several issues that they need to address. Breakfast food was excellent and plentiful.

The hotel does not have an elevator and with three floors this creates a problem for elderly - this should be pointed out. We ate dinner at the Robinson, hotel restaurant - the food was Ok, but we asked for gluten free food and were told it is marked on the menu what is or is not with glute. That was true but we pointed out that they had food where the contents listed showed flour so cannot be gluten free - they said its a mistake, it's not gluten free!!!! In addition, we sat down for diner and a waitress came but she said she speaks no English - she knew we were not locals yet still - this also needs the hotel's attention.

I have traveled with my family, and everything was incredible. we received a free upgrade and we stayed at Elexus Hotel. The soa was beautiful, the swimming pool hot and the sauna very relaxing. The room was aesthetically pleasing and the bed very comfy. The restaurant was also beautiful, because you could see the forest through the window and the breakfast absolutely amazing! They also had live music playing at the breakfast and dinner which we found very relaxing and special.

The only thing that we didn’t quite like about the property was the fact that it is not always vegan friendly. My dad is vegan, he does not eat meat, fish, lactose products. He ordered a burger and was assured by the waitress that it was suitable for his lifestyle. But in fact the cheese was halloumi, which is an animal based product, and we asked again if it’s safe for him to eat that. They reassured my dad that it’s ok by presenting to us the pack of the cheese and told us it is vegan. In fact it was not, my mom searched on the internet and found out the ingredients and it was halloumi. We would suggest to have more attention to the vegan clients, because they could ruin their holiday by eating something that could make them feel sick.

-No elevator in the Elexus boutique and we were on the 3rd floor with an elderly relative who struggled to go up the stairs - staff didn’t inform us that items in the fridge were for extra cost, when we checked in. Also we had to pay another 40 roni not sure for what, when we checked in, if would have been good to be told in advance.

The room is clean, you have a minibar, wardrobe and a TV. You can use the jacuzzi located on the 1st floor until 21:00. The breakfast is really good. The location has a private parking next to the main hotel and lots lf other parking spots marked on the street.

The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable.

Nice and spatious room, very clean; very good breakfast, and in general the restaurant downstairs was very good; the restaurant garden was great for the children to play in the snow; good location - on a quiet street, but within walking distance of the ski slopes.

It would be useful for the room to have a clothes hanger by the door, and more places to store clothes.

Very nice, clean room (superior room, with balcony), not big but enough spacious. Very good breakfast with different and better choices than most of other hotels. The ambiance, facilities, services, quality of overall products are as of a 4 star hotel.

The only thing I can mention is that the bathroom is extreamly small :(

Rooms had no hangers on the hallway or in the room, made it difficult to store winter jackets Our apartment had an unpleasant smell although everthing seemt newly renovated. It might be that the building itself is v old or maybe the carpets/ laundry detergents Access from outside difficult in winter conditions (no asphalt, v muddy)

Excellent location with a fantastic view. Rooms kept clean. Staff very friendly. 2 restaurants to choose your meals from.

No elevator. We had a baby and a pram with lots of luggage. Breakfast could've been better.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during my stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a bottle of champagne in the room! Also an excellent breakfast buffet. I will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve been going to Elexus Boutique for the past 3 years. We enjoy the hotel all together, very pleased with the experience.

Overt he years, the price to stay here got more expensive.
