Hotel Ave Lux

The Lux was completing a renovation when we visited. The rooms had been refurbished but the exterior was being repainted which reduced car parking by several places. Its a nice hotel. I had a twin room facing the road and it was not noisy. Nice linen and good wifi. Pleasant. Breakfast was included and was average but satisfactory.

I don't recall seeing an elevator which may be an issue for the higher rooms. It is about 5 km from the town but the town has two centres - the old and the new. The car park did fill as the hotel was full so it can fill up.

Excellent value for the room, we stayed for a week and were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, our rooms were tidy and cleaned almost every day. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will return in the future

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a big room and the bed was quite conformable. We could see the hill filled with snow from our window. Nice and warm room. Good breakfast with a very delicious croissant. The hotel is a bit far from the centre of Braşov but you can easily get a UBER and get there within 15 min. Private parking on site.

The only 2 things were, there's no lift to the top floor where we stayed. And the shower tap was pulled off the wall.

we booked a room for 2 adults/ 2 kids, we didn’t have bedding for the sofa couch already there but they got us sorted as soon as we asked. there was construction going on next to the property out our window but wasn’t at fault of the property

The staff speaks English. Breakfast is good enough. An additional chair was provided. A lot of places to park our cars.

Issues with the internet. It was not stable, so meetings were hard to conduct. We were told that it's a temporary issue due to snow.

You get what you pay for. The room was adequate for one night. Location was good.

There was a group tour bus. At check in we were told it was best to eat breakfast after 0900 so the tour could clear out. By that time the breakfast was bare. No elevator is 😞.

The location of the property was excellent. Staff was willing and ready to help.

Having no lift in the property as people with heavy luggage and staying in the top floor has to carry through staircase

Everything was perfect and I don’t want to book my vacations elsewhere. Ave Lux stays my favorite place to stay in every time I come to Brasov. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much!
