Hotel Regal

From the first moment you enter the hotel, very attentive and nice staff greets you. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable and the breakfast just great with lots of options: cereal, eggs, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruits, pastries, tea, coffee, orange juice. The free and private parking is absolutely great! This hotel is a gem and will definitely return! Great value for the money.

Other guests with children were a bit noisy. Felt like room walls were a bit thin

The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good. The room had a very nice terrace face the mountains.

Once, we found our room's door open when we came back in the evening. There was nothing missing and we were aknowledged there were cameras on the corridor. But still that was not pleasant.

The hotel is clean, quiet, well maintained and the rooms have a modern, practical interior. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom and shower are spacious. Very good quality. Keep it up!

The breakfast buffet showed an attractive variety of foods but the quantity of jam, cereals and milk was very small for the number of guests present. The staff kept running around to refill the buffet all the time. Apart from that, coffee was served in small cups only (no pots) and exclusively on demand from the bar (self-service would be much faster and less stress for the employees). All this led to a rather hectic atmosphere in the restaurant. These things are easy to improve, though. :)

Very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff at reception and breakfast time, ok walking distance to center, balcony with view on the mountain, elevator, free private parking, fresh and generous buffet for breakfast, small quiet terrace in the back for coffee/wine/smoking, good price for service and confort.

Everything was just fantastic. The most polite and friendly person is meeting you and your stay is awesome by default. The room was clean, comfortable and had no threshold anywhere so I think this is perfect for people with special needs. The breakfast was pretty good, many options. And don't forget about the private parking which is great. We were very happy with our stay and would come again anytime we are in Brașov.

Nice and clean rooms, delicious and varied breakfast. Close to the city center

Booking recommended 1 double room for 2 adults and 1 child (7 year old) ,but you cannot fit in. And the hotel cannot provide extra beds for children.

Very kind and ready to help staff. Big choice of dishes and tasty food for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Wonderful local cherries for breakfast!

the hotel is located directly on the street with lot of car traffic; however with the window close, it is quiet . by foot, to the city center it takes aprox 20-30 min . although some room are renovated ( and promoted in booking-floor 1), the building is somehow outdated

Good breakfast, big room and big bed( enough for 2 adults and one 3y ear old child), really clean everywhere and nice staff.

Small clothes storage for 2 adults and 1 child, otherwise good.

the staff was rlly friendly even called 5 min after the check in to make sure everything was ok , mini bar in the room not free of charge , and the room clean and bright. Plus private parking for guest
