Immerso Hotel

My first instinct walking into the hotel was "can I extend my stay??". Everything about the place surpassed my expectations - the decor, the cleanliness, the service and friendliness of every member of staff, the quality of services at the spa and the facilities, the view from the room and omg THE FOOD! Absolutely delicious! All the veggies and herbs used are harvested from the hotel garden, and all the seafood is caught fresh - you can definitely taste this! I could go on and on about how wonderful the stay was but I'll end my review with this: if you need a home away from home in Ericeira don't even hesitate in booking at Immerso trust me you wont regret it. I can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was beyond perfect.

Immerso might be the finest hotel experience I've had. The location is stunning, high on a hill overlooking the Ocean. The rooms are polished, and clean, and comfortable in the way that makes you not miss your bed at home. The food in the restaurant is likely the best we had during our three week stay in Portugal, and the included breakfast is definitely the best. I could go on. The spa, the sauna, the pool, and more. Where Immerso blew us away, though, was with its staff. I've never been in a hotel before where it felt like every single staff member there truly wanted you to love your experience. They also wanted to make sure you loved their country. Special shout out to Alexander, Bruno, Mariana, Beatriz, and Hilda--many of whom felt like new friends by the end of our short stay. I can't say enough kind things about Immerso the hotel... But the staff is out of this world.

One night stay - which was wonderful. Great design although seems the hotel is yet to finish some parts of the areas but exciting to see how it all comes together. Great location in middle of nowhere, lovely and comfortable stay and very well designed and decorated keeping ecological means in mind. Very helpful staff and friendly. Excellent breakfast

Kids pool needs cleaning

Everything! The spot is perfect. The view on the ocean from the room, the restaurant, and the pool is amazing, with the sunset in the evening. Cleaning is done in the room everyday, water and small cakes are left in the room each day. There is always a spot available at the pool so it’s not like in some hotels where you need to be at the pool at 7:00 am if you want to have a spot. Staff is very friendly. And the hotel is not that big, or at least you do not feel it, so it’s really appreciable. The restaurant is very good. It is more expensive than the average price in Portugal but it is also better than elsewhere in the area. Finally, the hotel is located next to very beautiful beaches and good surf spots (you need a car).

Honestly nothing! But if I need to think of something, maybe it would be more comfortable if the chairs on the room’s terrasse would be lying chairs. Also, the locker in the room was hot inside which was quite weird so we were not comfortable with leaving electronic apparels inside.

Staff are attentive and friendly, especially with the children. We'd come from another hotel, immediately to this one, and the stark difference in treatment and service was like a breath of fresh air. Wonderful. The view was incredible and the hotel is picturesque and well designed. Pool is great and always had a bed free when we wanted it. Location is great for views and a 10 min drive to Ericeira town which is a place we very much recommend.

Price of the hotel is a little high and would have loved more menu variety on different nights. We wanted to try some food at the fire pit/pop up area but it wasnt open at all on our stay. Not a problem for us, but you need a car to get there.

Everything was amazing, from the attention of the staff, to the facilities incredible view, and incredible restaurant and breakfast. Our fail, we did not visit the spa, that will have to be for the next stay.

Bearing in mind everything was fantastic, the parking outside is underwhelming to say the least. On top, people can't park, the better the car, the worse they park 😂 glad we had only a rental, or it would have looked bad if we had ours and parked well. Really amusing that the reserved parking for electrical vehicles had them parked without charging, people don't have any respect for others. But this really are minor things that were just a tiny nuisance that the hotel could hardly fix. The hotel should really try to find more parking spots, other than the ones in the steep slope that leads to the hotel entrance.

Our stay was one of the best experience of hospitality that we ever had. The location is super clean and surrounded by nature. The staff is focus on the guest desires. Thanks a lot🙏

Room, environment, the sunset from the restaurant, swimming pool

The food of our dinner wasn’t so good as we were expecting and very expensive.

Great new hotel, very nice staff. Everything is brand new, so that feels nice. Breakfast is great, swimming pool is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Outside space at the room is perfect and quiet.

The rooms were quite small. Although the food in de restaurant was very nice, it's a shame that it is overpriced. If it would be 20% cheaper we would have eaten there more often. The location is nice, but remote, so a car is recommended.

Amazing destination, with brilliant staff who support you with arranging activities, tailorint meals for dietary restrictions and making the stay comfortable. Despite a bit of rain whilst there, the hotel helped us make the most of periods of good weather by booking us into activities - cycling, paddleboarding, beginners surfing lessons. During the rainy weather massages and indoor facilities are perfect to fill the time, and there are nearby palaces (Mafra) that are perfect for rainy days. Highly recommend this hotel for the food, spa and amazing service.
