Convienient location being 15min drive from the airport, close distance to the City Centre by taxi or city transit. Rooms as described. Bright and spacious. Very clean place. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Convinience store, gas station and Biedronka very close. Restaurant and a bar downstairs were a bonus!

Restaurant seemed very busy at brekfast and even though there were quite a few choices of foods we didn’t get the chance to try many as it was disappearing very fast and seemed that staff couldn’t bring a new batch fast enough. Maybe 6am is better time as 9 am felt like a last call. However, it was nice to have an option of brekfast at all.

Big parking area though payable. Efficient reception and check-out.

Quadruple room was with double decker beds. Even if it was mentioned somewhere (don't know I did not notice it when booking), I did not realise that before I saw it :) It was not bad, I am complaining, but it came as a surprise and it is not for everyone :) The thing I really did not like was at breakfast. I found strange a competition with other guests for a peace of dessert. You either serve it or you don't. But they served it from time to time, someone got it, someone not. The thing that dessert was ordinary some sort of pies or so, not baked in house - as to manage it somehow specifically. And they they bring it to the area, immediately there was a que for it with someone left without dessert. I found it a kind of disrespectful.

Location is great, not far away from city center, shops and public transport stops are just around the corner. The best were comfortable, very good AC. Breakfast was average.

My pillow case was a bit torn, the bed itself was pretty dirty, had a brown streak on the side. Also, walls and ceilings had brown spots. Breakfast was okay, but the selection of food is very poor, probably due to slow refills of breakfast dishes. Staff didn't speak English very well, so couldn't answer some of the questions.

The location was convenient for my needs, a good value for money, not expensive, yet clean and comfortable. Also the gym is not big but a good one for a workout. I was also allowed for the requested 2 hours later checkout, thank you. There are a lot of groceries nearby and a shopping mall 15 mins walking away.

As it is not only a hotel but a hostel as well there are a lot of children groups and it is a bit noisy in the room during the day but at night it is ok :)

Everything was in a good state, good looking, matched the description and photos. The beds, the shower, and the towels were okay. The breakfast is not of the widest selection, but you won't stay hungry. The location is very good, near a bus stop and several supermarkets. It's about 20-30 min to get to the center.

We were on the 9th floor, but the windows were facing the 6-lane road below which was very noisy. We had to close the windows in order to be able to sleep. Thank God, the ventilation system worked well. Also, it was a bit dusty in the room, so we had clogged noses every morning.

The room was big enough. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

This might be the children hotel as there were literally hundreds of kids making noise since morning til the evening, running, jumping, crushing and opening doors constantly so there was no way to rest. Personally I will never go there again.

The hotel is very nice. It is about a 15-20 min ride by bus from the city centre, and many buses stop near the hotel. The huge benefit is the ample parking. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is rich, offering a variety of cold and warm dishes.

The room does not have a refrigerator (small minibar). It is ok for a short stay, but not very convenient if the stay is longer

Nice and modern rooms, comfortable beds, nice personnel

Breakfast is REALLY modest. There is a road reconstruction i front of the hotel, which you can hear from 6 am if you are unlucky and was placed at the wrong side of the hotel. But we asked for another room and were quickly transferred.

Everything was clean, the room is large, and there is an amazing view from the 10 floor.

Shower must have a shower mat or something, it's really slippery there. Also I could recommend to change the mattress, because somehow we were falling out from bed, if we roll to the edge. It just squeeze you out.))

Easy to reach the city center/palace with the public transport stop right in front of hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms are spacious enough for 2 adults, a child and a dog! Also enjoyed the gym facilities.

Terrible Wi Fi connection. They give you cups to use in the room (coffee station) but these are not cleaned or replaced with clean cups.
