Hit Hotel

It's great that there are not only regular curtains, but also blinds that block daylight -- so you don't wake up earlier because of it. Thanks for kitchen equipment and dishwashing detergent. And I really appreciated an option to leave my backpack in the luggage room for some hours even after the check-out. There is a small supermarket around the corner, and tram and metro stops are all nearby. PGE Narodowy is located in 15 minutes walking by foot (or 30, depending on the gate you need to enter through). 15-20 min by foot to Warszawa Wschodnia as well.

I did not find a knife in the kitchen with which I could cut bread or vegetables, only cutlery. I also did not understand how to turn on the stove, but I did not need it so much. Maybe it's worth leaving the instructions for the next guests. It was also annoying that it was not possible to book a room with the possibility of changing dates or canceling, because the reservation included the date of a big concert in the city. On other days, for some reason, you can pay at the hotel and cancel at the last moment. Fortunately, I didn't have to change anything, but it would be nice to keep this option open.

My family stayed in the hotel and very liked it! We would highlight a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Also, the room was super clean (it is just a regular hotel, with simple furniture), hygiene products were found in the bathroom, also, we asked for a hairdryer, and the hotel staff kindly brought it to us :) We stayed in the hotel with our pets - which was totally acceptable by the hotel, thanks! Also, the location was great - it's all surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, and in 15 mins you could easily reach the old Warshaw and historical center.

Great location, only 10 minutes to the center. For the price this hotel is not bad, it’s a good choice. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the other room if they are loud, however hotel security stopped a loud party next to my room one night after I complained to the front desk. The restaurant food is great, tasty and not so expensive.

The room for 3 people was perfect for the price. The staff was very polite and helpful. We picked this place because it was close to the centre of Warsaw 1.5 km~2 km to the centre on foot. The room was extraordinary, and the beds were really soft. If we visit Warsaw again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

The parking is paid, but it's not very expensive, like 45 PLN or ~ 10€.

Nice cozy room, comfortable bed, big bathroom; nothing fancy, just a nice hotel room.

The window is facing the internal part of the building, which made it hard for fresh air to get in. There was also quite a loud noise coming from there, probably, from an air conditioned located one floor lower, so I couldn't keep the window open when I was in the room.

Perfect location, not far from city center. Awesome dinner in hotel's restaurant, main dish so big and cheap! After more nights in some countries we are surprised to look real bath, not a shower cabin :D

in this hot period, it would not be bad to equip the room with air conditioning, it was very bad to sleep at night, the open window does not help :(

The location is very good, right next to the metro and other public transport stops. The rooms were quite clean, can't compline about what we paid for it. At weekends, parking on the streets is free :)

Rooms were a little outdated and limited free parking places (which is no issue during weekends, then it is free parking on the streets).

The hotel is conveniently located: close to Warsaw metro, in the heart of the neighborhood of Praga. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Although not very large, rooms are comfortable.

The room’s walls are not sound-proof, and this can be a problem if there are noisy groups in the adjacent rooms.

Outstanding value for money. Top location with metro, trams, and buses. Great restaurants nearby. Praga is a lovely district. Nice facility. Comfy bed. 24/7 staff. If the room is hot, you can ask them for a fan. You can ask them for utensils. I will gladly stay here again.

It is a quite cold during cold days and the heater is not as hot as it should be (-1). You can hear your neighbors very clearly.

Lovely clean hotel room, great power shower and really comfy bed. Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice of hot and cold food and everything was fresh.

.Pillow was a bit empty feeling and difficult to get comfy on but not a major issue
