Novotel Szczecin Centrum

Perfect location, very polite staff, clean and modern rooms. It was very cozy and comfortable. Enough space in our bathroom and the bed in our room was very comfortable. I'm pretty sure I'll be back there.

The bus named I think "Flix Bus" is stopping from time to time with tourists next to the hotel 24/7 with the ENGINE ON at night which were pretty loud enough to disturb our sleep every night. Didn't like that very much. Also there was some works going around in the hotel and nobody informed us about lack of water in the morning at some point and when we can have it back. Apart from those things everything was great.

Central location. Prolongation for 1/2 of the day at very small price. Very tasty breakfast with good choice. Comfortable bed. Good food at the lobby restaurant.

Noisy street and corridors during early morning hours. Cleaners cleaning tables to the floor during breakfast. A bit dirty walls inside the room.

Location, rooms, staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great underground parking and it's very close to the city center. The check-in was very easy, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was OK, but nothing too special. They should have more coffee machines and more vegetarian food to offer. Each morning there were plenty of people waiting in front of the coffee machine.

We enjoyed the stay. Shame that the pool was not open at the time we stayed and hotel had a few shortages of water and electricity which could have been dealt with better. Overall very good time at Novotel. Professional service.

Approach of the staff when things go wrong( lack of electricity as an example).

The staff was very friendly and our dog was allowed in the restaurant, she didn’t have to stay in the room . They even gave her a bowl of water every time we were in the bar or restaurant. The room was modern and very clean

The staff were really nice. Breakfast was good. In general, the hotel is good.

The air conditioning in the evening was essentially non-effective. The dial was turned down to 15 C but it was essentially like a fan.

We arrived by motorcycle in pouring rain. Staff was very understanding and offered us heater to our room so we could dry our clothes. Dinner was very good so was breakfast with vast choice meats, cheeses, hot dishes. Next day we left about an hour after checkout time but that was not a problem either. We were always greeted with smile. Location of hotel is downtown. It also features underground parking. Generally very pleasant stay.

Everything was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Very good location, close to everything, great facilities in the hotel and very clean. Loved the pool and spa as well as the option to add a massage which was amazing. All the staff was very lovely and super helpful.

Breakfast was really good with many options, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We never used any transportation in the city. We could reach the hotel from the train station by walking in 10 mins, and it was well-centered to visit all the other nice parts of the city.

Nice modern clean room. I loved the fitness centre, although it was fairly small which is normal for a hotel it had a great variety of free weights and calisthenics equipment. Very helpful and friendly staff!
