Hotel Zamek Centrum

This was my second stay in this holtel. Just as previously experienced, over my 4 night stay this time, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is small enough that every guest is personnally known and still offers the level of service that larger hotels often provide, The cooked part of the breakfast was also always freshly prepared according to my personal wishes, unlike in mny hotels today. Crispy bacon was also always available. The location is also very good with numerous good restaurants within walking distance.

The only small disapointment was that their own restaurant was curently not available due to renovation. However, as already mentioned sufficient alternative restaurants were available close by.

Hotel Zamek is a great little hotel. Its like hotels were long time ago when hotels were focused on their guests. The staff did what they should and they worked as hotel was their destiny. The rooms a spacy and especially the bathroom is spacy and nice. The lamps in the ceiling is a bit special but that is a part of the deal. Don't miss their great breakfast and live cooking. A wonderful woman is fresh and offer you a selection of eggs and even pancakes. And she loves her job. They have a small parking area in the back. That's convenient when you travel with lots of stuff in your car. The hotel is right in the center of the old city. Here are lots of cafe's and wine bars etc. in fact since Zameks restaurant was being renovated I had dinner next door at Timo's - try their Pork knuckle YAMMI!!

I wish that I had more time to explore Stettin. Stettin is not a place you drive by. So I recommend to take a day or two there its great.

Staff really did their best, and all of them were kind and hospitable. It located in the city centre, so You have everything at hand.

I don't want to turn a good stay into bad figure. Overall stay was really nice, but I have some suggestions: - to maybe add the following into the rooms: additional pillow, iron, ironing desk, to make the AC configurable from the room (temperature,...), To maybe add some electrical extender or socket near the bed for charging of the phone, computer.

The personnel were all very attentive and helpful. One felt welcome at at home

The breakfast room was open, but the resturant was temporarily closed due to the renovation of the 1st Floor facilities. However, there were recommended resturants very close by. Although the cable TV was working, the Sattelite TV reception (more foreign channels) was poor / not available on 2 evenings.

Room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with the eggs being cooked to order rather than being hot plated. although the hotel restaurant was not pen there were many in the close proximity.

Area is a little grubby being under lots of construction but in a couple of years you can see the potential.

- accessibility is not good. There are 5 stairs before entering into the hotel - noise isolation is not good, we were hearing the talks from next door - parking space is paid (~10Euro / day) - there was no electricity plug next to the bed

location, location, being a former resident of this beautiful city I’m so proud to see my hometown to offer so much to tourists coming from all over the World. I didn’t spend enough time to explore more, but the property location was so convenient to get around so many interesting places including Jazz nightclubs Bravo 👏

A cozy room equipped with comfy and good quality bedding. Breakfast provides "live cook", you can order Fried egg, Omelet, Scrumble, Pancake. Various, delicate, and fresh breakfast. Excellent location, you can park your car in hotel private parking and visit most of attractions on foot.

I stayed in Room Nr.6 next to the elevator. The bed is against the wall next to the elevator, in the morning or at night I was awoken by the sound of elevator.

What a staff! Many a much more poshy and expensive Hotel should learn from this team. We met four or five persons and they went all quite beyond the extra mile to find solutions to help, to smile and to make our stay memorable. DZIEKUJE!!

Minor touches in the room AirCo and heating system. In both rooms, quite some noise and a bit of a fight.

Very nice small hotel in the downtown. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Perfect location if you want to explore Sczeczin. Several very good restaurants nearby.

Parking at the hotel parking place is not easy for bigger cars however there is a possibility to find parking places nearby (paid in working days, free of charge at weekends).
