Design Hotel with a lot of black color and cristal. Very good breakfast, Nice swimming pool. Note: the sunny side of the hotel is at a very busy street. So opening the windows will not help you sleep at night. The hotel has airconditioning, but I have my doubts whether it will cool sufficient on hot days. (We were first given a room with defective AC; changed to another room with working AC, but did cool only a bit) The other side of the hotel is facing a quiet street (recommendable). We had a bathroom with bath and shower available, so you may want to ask for a room with shower if you are somewhat disabled Elevator

High-quality hotel with top cleanliness, amenities, noice isolation, and furnishings. The staff is friendly and the rooms are rather spacious. The pool and sauna are a highlight, as is the breakfast, which guests shouldn't miss under any circumstances! It is incredibly rich, and the waffles and pancakes are out of this world. The location is good with a tram stop right outside and the building is very beautiful.

Our room faced the road outside, which was a little loud due to construction. The windows insulated well, so no problem when closed.

Everything was immediately available. The staff were very nice, everyone greeted me first, they were very attentive to the details, they were flexible with the check-in as I had to check in earlier than the hotel had specified and they did it all at no cost. The rooms are like a royal palace, everything is sparkling, the comfort of the bed is worth a special mention, I have never slept in a hotel in a more comfortable bed .. ever. The spa was available to us in private status, no one was there. Everything was very convenient, even some soft drinks were prepared for us in the fridge for free. Thank you very much for your hosting, everything was perfect! ✨

Everything about this Hotel was exceptional. Only downside was that we were only there for one night. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfy. Blackout curtains and good air con. Pkenty of toiletries. Fluffy towels and powerful shower. Breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Stylish interior of the hotel and the rooms. Great selection at breakfast buffet, big parking garage at the basement of the hotel (the extra 50 PLN per night is reasonable). The location is pretty central within a short walking distance to many of the local attractions.

The basin drain in our room was clogged and the showerhead had a nasty sideways leak on top. The head-rest at the end of the bed had heavy dust in the cavities. The blankets were a bit too warm for the warm summer weather.

Gym: Not clean Also not good at all to call it a Gym... It had only one multi-excersice machine which was broken and some excersices where not possible! Gym was one important issue for me when I booked the hotel.

- For me, the mattresses were really too soft - Few bath articles, just the soap(shampoo), no body cream or conditioner, which a normally expect from a 4 starts hotel with spa

Very nice room design, good shower, great swimming pool, very good food at the hotel restaurant. We were positively surprised that there was a small warm pool for babies / small children.

It is easy to get lost, the hotel is like a labyrinth. We were two people with a child but given only one towel initially in the room.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The sauna area was clean. I liked that the loungers to relax were heated. The steam sauna unfortunately smelled musty. A smell of lemon or eucalyptus would have been great. Likewise, water with lemon would have enhanced the sauna visit.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. But the staff seemed overwhelmed. Sunday was almost catastrophic. There were more guests than tables. There was no allocation of seats. You didn't know where to wait for a free table. Either you stood in the way and watched the other guests eating or you were forgotten and guests who turned up later for breakfast got a table earlier, although you waited longer. The coffee comes from a fully automatic machine. Accordingly, the taste was not good. Above all, the waiting times to get a coffee were long. My scrambled eggs were already cold in the meantime or my friend had already finished breakfast. On Monday it was a little quieter and more relaxed at the buffet.

Everything in this hotel is superbe for the price. But listen...the beds...you're sleeping like on cloud #7. The windows have absolute black out curtains. Together with the bed you will sleep like never before. It is really special :D

The breakfast was a little bit unspectacular for the price. We had higher expectations. Maybe more fruits and vegetables and some other things.
