Lovely clean apartment in a good location close to the restaurants and beach but in a quiet area.

Towels were not change during our stay and no supply of toilet paper!

The 2 pools were lovely and the location was perfect! Staff at reception made a great recommendation for the South Palms Beach Resort as a day out- was fab!

The room wasn't very soundproof. It's definitely luck of the draw- some nights ok, other nights/ mornings if other guests sat outside their rooms you could hear them quite loudly. Staff played music in the mornings pretty loudly- didn't affect us as we were further down but I'd have hated to be close to the reception. The aircon was also noisy. The housekeeping was very hit and miss- sometimes they turned up, sometimes they didn't. Basics weren't there, e.g. having to ask for housekeeping/ toilet roll etc. No duvet.

The place is nice and cozy and its near Alona beach about 5 mins walk. It is also near other establishments and fast food chains like mcdo and jollibee. The pool is great and they are constantly cleaning it. The overall ambiance is nice and the staff are very accomodating.

The airconditioning in our room, especifically room 13 is taking time to get cold. There are lots of time during our stay that we don’t get to enjoy staying in our room because its hot. The water is pressure in the CR is also low so it tooks us time to take showers.

Reality is way more beautiful than pictures, the staff are just awesome morning shift and PM shift with whom i always pass and have great conversations about the area and they can assist you renting a motorbike, trips or anything that you might need, room was great , breakfast is nice and location if close to everything in the area in few minutes walk you can find alona beach and at night there are many places around to enjoy the evening . The hotel itself is relatively new but the rooms look a bit dated and lack style. The patio area and the pool is nice. Walking distance to the beach and town but in a quiet and peaceful location. All in all, probably one of the best choices if you're staying in Alona Beach and don't want to break the bank.

Plenty of bugs in the bathroom, low quality TV.

Quiet, relaxed and everything you need for a nice getaway.

The location is a little walk from the beach and the towns centre, for us it was possitive, because it was more quiet, but if you want to be close to restaurants and bars you have to walk some minutes.

- The pool was good to cool down in from the heat - Fridge with water, beers and coke - Short walk to the beach - Rooms a good size with hot showers - Good Breakfast

- The room wasn’t cleaned while we were there (3 nights) - AC wasn’t working but it was quickly fixed

it’s a great place to stay when in Alona. close to the beach (8 min walk), close to everything else (restaurants and bars) but in a quiet area. i loved the pool area so nice to sit and have a quiet drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. room was very clean and fairly spacious. i would totally stay there again

I like the location. Peaceful and close to restaurants and beach. It's very nice.

There's no post sign on the main road so we had a bit of struggle finding the place. The road going there is bumpy.

The rooms were nice and spacious, staff were friendly and welcoming, it was so quiet when we were there we had the pool to ourselves for 3 days!! Great location for shops and restaurants and very close to Alona beach

The walk upto the hotel is very bumpy and dark as there’s no lighting
