Super OYO 406 Royal Parc Inn & Suites

I like the room, the space was totally for couple. There's a TV but We didn't bother to try it on .😊 It has a small cabinet , a table and a chair . Also the Aircon was not loud. all in all the room's ambiance was really comforting . IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY I'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS. The place is just near the market and also the neighborhood was peaceful. The Guards were so nice they'll open the door for you . 😊

It's just the bathroom the toilet bowl has yellow and brown stain on it .

The room is big compared to other places we stayed in. We only walk to the MRT station and is also close to other malls/stores. There's a fridge and it's working. Telephones are also working for room services. There's a printer in the lobby, just not sure if we could use it. There's a café for coffee lovers too. There's also a big mirror and hangers are provided in the closet. It was really good, overall.

The towel doesn't smell nice. Also, I see no elevator.

I like the location because it's walking distance to the bus stations and the mall. Near to food places. Been here a couple of times, and so far my experience has been safe.

For the price, none that was beyond my expectation. I wasn't expecting 5-star of course, but it was good enough.

Been here multiple times, and as always it was good value for money. Worth recommending if you're looking for a budget friendly hotel that is clean and safe. Best location for me as it's walking distance to Genesis Bus station. Very easy to get a cab as well. Close to LRT 2, and other transport means. Polite staff. Very comfy bed.

Wish there are more tv channels tho. hehe.

I like the room. It was clean and comfortable. Aircon was working, water heater, and tv. We requested for hangers, and they provided us. Thank you so much ❤ The location is very convenient.

Nothing really to mention only a slightly blocked en-suite sink which was resolved immediately

Little things should be in the room immediately upon check in like Sandals...on my 3 times stay,I have to request Sandals,Toilet are easily blocked,Wash basin is clogged .On my last stay,I have to request a remote for TV??which supposed to be automatic in all the rooms...Am happy with the rooms and my stay because of its accessibility but those little things should make the difference

Accessibility and Bang for the bucks..

It was much better than the owners of the regal inn in quezon city OYO and much better than the casa lily in quezon city the guy that cleaned my room was very nice man and very fast to clean it you on admission to any hotel in the Philippines have to pay a deposit of 1000p just so you know if u are foreigner but even still if from the ph you would have to do the same the deposit is an Intersting touch and ill tell you why who says pay me 1000p 20 usd if i booked on bookings and with a credit card makes no sense because bookings insures them duh i booked with a card

Super thanks to my former colleague who recommended this place to me and my family. Since we are from Pampanga pa and we need a place to stay in Manila na malapit sa venue ng wedding ng cousin ko, we booked here and got 3 rooms. Very sulit. Actually we were not expecting that the rooms were that spacious considering the very affordable rate that we paid for.

I like how the room looks like. It is really comfortable to stay here. What i really like the most is that they are capable enough to provide our needs since we check in for school activities and they allowed us to borrow other linens for the activity. I rate it as 10 star.

There is nothing that i didn't like during our stay. But my concern is the door handle. It is kind a difficult to use.
