I think it would be better if you’ll consider to put a mini refrigerator soon. Otherwise, I liked everything.

When I requested a room with a view of the city, the staff complied immediately. Everything you would want or need is within walking distance from the hotel.

A balcony would have been nice, but other than that, it was perfect.

the staff starting from the securities , security were very friendly , greeting you with a lovely smile . the reception team , housekeeping team . the accommodation is lovely and we’ve been given the room with a view . there were plenty of restaurant to dine in nearby. convenient store is just outside the hotel .

the room next to us , the customers stays in the room has to be responsible when you opening and closing the doors . they slammed the doors early morning and wake us up . We wanted to have more rest in the morning as I have been in the hospital everyday and coming back to the hotel late .

Room was spacious and clean. All our requests were granted: Parking space, room on a high floor, and late checkout to accommodate a call I had for work. Bathroom is clean and outlets were everywhere. Will definitely take note of all Hop Inn hotels if a place is needed.

Only two elevators, while noises can be heard from other guests if they're not too mindful.

Great location. Right next to 7-11. They provided water already on every floors so this is helpful. Bed is still very comfortable. Staff has always been great. Even the guards are very helpful.

The shampoo /body wash dispenser is always defective. I requested for it to be looked at and i was told that they already reported it to ENGINEERING. Their housecleaning staff could easily replace it but it had to be the ENGINEERING people. Did not make a lot of sense. It took more than 45 minutes to get that sorted out so I had to go out and buy my own body soap.

The room was clean and spacious. Value for money rooms. The location is great and in the middle of restaurants and bars. This is the second time we checked in with the hotel. The first time we did not have a reservation. We liked the hotel that is why we booked a room for our second stay there. Will book again.

There is no phone in the room where you could communicate with the staff. There is no room service. There was only 1 Hope in a Box water in the room when the booking was for two (2) persons although we also brought our own bottles of mineral water. The room also did not include toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. but we brought our own to be sure.

There is no breakfast available for the rooms, but there a lot of nearby restaurants and fast food available for delivery.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we opted to book a Grab to go to our rendezvous with our friends. The guards do not check if you are a hotel guest when you park, and Scout area parking is usually full, so we didn't want to take the risk of leaving our parking spot in the hotel.

I really like how the communication process is fast and convenient. The place is really clean. I really like how they allowed me to reheat my food in their staff pantry in a room service process no charge. The staff is always clear and they present as easy to talk too, not really fancy.

I requested for a room with a nice view when I was booking it here online. Sadly, they gave me one facing a wall of the other building. I feel claustrophobic about it, and I can't tell what time of the day it is. I asked to be transferred but there is no available room that time. They were not able to update about it the next day so I just let it slide since its really hard to transfer rooms on your second night.

Room was very clean and spacious. It had a big window, open clothes rack and built-in table with multiple electrical outlets. Wifi speed was over 20 Mbps. Bed was a big, comfortable spring mattress covered with percale (not rough or satiny cotton) sheets and comforter. TV has multiple channels. Aircon was new, wall-mounted (not window type), almost soundless, and remote-controlled. Hot/cold shower temp was easy to adjust using hand lever and had strong water pressure. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, away from traffic or crowds. There's a mall with an international supermarket, Asian restaurants, and an ATM across the street. There was also a 24/7 convenience store next to it. Hotel staff were professional, cordial, and responsive to requests.

Room has no telephone for outside local calls. Walls were thin, not soundproof, so adjacent or room above's sounds could be heard. Connecting to Front Desk is inconvenient, requiring one to step out to the intercom by the elevator or to buy a local network SIM card to call the hotel mobile phone number
