Good location

Elevator doors closed on myself or wife many times. This is a safety hazard and should be taken care of immediately. I work for a large hotel in Canada and this situation would shut down the operation of the elevator’s until appropriate maintenance has been done.

I love the view it is near to almost everything. shopping center is just a few step away it iis also walking distance to the US embassy

The Aircon is not cooling I was sweating all night and day in 4 days room4901 the temperature is stuck to 17°C it's not cold at all. and there's only 1 light working over the ceiling except the bathroom light

This long lockdown forced the facility to close for a long long time. As a result, air conditioners and toilets frequently failed, but the hotel staff made an effort to solve the problem. They endure this headwind well.

I can hardly make a call to the front desk. I felt that the staff at this hotel was not yet fully equipped.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The staff were very helpful with questions during the booking process. When we arrived they upgraded our room at no additional charge. The room, while a little cramped, but no more than to be expected in a moderately priced urban motel, especially in Asia, was clean, comfortable, well appointed and was a corner room on an upper floor with both a city and bay view

I really can't think of anything. Oh, I have stayed fancier places with bigger rooms and more amenities. But, for a hotel of this price range, the met and most cases exceeded expectations,

We spent 3 nights in Manila and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location is very good! There is a huge mall on the corner, and the area has great nightlife. Our apartment was at a higher floor, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. The room was well equipped and generally clean. The staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this place!

I booked for a sea/city view and that's what I got! I love the place specially the kitchenette. The bed is just comfortable. I love how the staff are so helpful specially the security guards. I also like how the receptionist took the initiative of upgrading my booking so I wouldn't have to change rooms. What happened is I booked my second to fourth day first as originally planned. But because of travel restrictions, I had to book for another day. It's hard to do that here on booking.com. Thank goodness the front desk was so accommodating.

I didn't like that the internet is so unstable but it might just be because of the storm. I also didn't like that both the gym and the pool are closed because of the pandemic. The room cleaning service only happens once a week, also because of the pandemic. However, they take out trash everyday.

It's very close to Robinson's Mall. So close you'll just have to walk a very short distance. I was also glad that the room provided was the one I requested which is facing the Manila Bay. I also appreciate that there's a microwave oven and a kettle heater. Water heater is also very important to me and it's working well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I wasn't able to use the pool and sauna. But I totally understand due to health protocols.

This hotel has been very popular for many years as it is today. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous. The view was beyond expectations. The location was surprisingly convenient for many different interests.

Every hotel has something yet noting to mention here. If something came up it was attended to right away. Impressive considering 49 plus stories.

The location is just perfect. Very close to the Robinsons Place Manila. Clean and comfy room. Great amenities. Surrounded with so many restaurants.

I’m a non-smoker. During the night it is always smells cigarette smoke in our room. Probably from outside.

They have in-house breakfast available but i didn't tried it. Very short walking distance to Robinson Place Mall. There is a local bar just in front, open 3pm daily and daily performances from local bands.

Everything is just fine. No place is perfect. You just need to adjust here and there. Adapt. That's all.
