Hotel Kimberly Manila

Superior location. About a block from Robinsons Ermita in one direction and about the same to the LRT (light rail train) station in the other direction. About three short blocks away from a casino and money changer with great rates (recommend Sheebah or Worldwide on Mabini Street at about Pedro Gil for the best conversion rates). Room was large and clean. It had a kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

The price was a little high compared to other hotels, but I think the price was worth it in terms of quality and convenient location. They charge for luggage storage unless you have a room booked for a later date. I think they should store luggage for free as a courtesy for a guest whether or not a room is booked in the future.

We enjoyed our 5-nights stay at Hotel Kimberly Manila as (i) Staff were excellent - personable, willing to assist; (2) Room was well maintained & clean - though lighting could be improved; (3) location was good - close to downtown & facilities; (4) Breakfast was excellent - happy with choices we had.

Great location. Very accommodating and polite staff.

Stayed for 6nights and there were days when the housekeeping forgot to take out used cup&saucers. We would return from a full day of work and while the beds and t/b were cleaned thoroughly, the used cups will still be there on the table. One time, the trash was also forgotten near our door. Wifi was also not reliable some nights.

This hotel is very well located in a lively district. We had a room on the 9th floor, which offered a great view on the skyline. The room was spacious, large comfy bed, and internet worked well. We didn't use the restaurant as there are plenty of food places around, great dimsum and food court in Robinson's mall, 5 min walk from the hotel. Also the Korean district is not far, offering great places for food and drinks.

We arrived late at night after an long overseas flight. The check-in went smoothly, but when we asked where we could eat, we were only referred to the 7 eleven store nearby, whereas there are restaurants open 24 hours/day throughout the city. We wish the staff had told us!

The front desk is 24h! And the receptionist at midnight from early morning was so sweet and kind<3 we booked a family suite for 4 days. The room was quite big but there was only 1 bathroom. Idk how other budget hotels are, but compared to price, very nice. 7-11&Jollibee were 2min by walk and there was a late night massage next door but not that recommended(i just went for 24h massage experience lol) +club zzyzics is very close so recommend for young ppl, and Robinson as well

The room is spacious for a people of 3 (considering it was a room for 3 I have chosen). The bed and pillows are comfy as well and the AC will really gives you a good night sleeping chill. The ref is working well and they will provide you with flat iron facilities upon request. The receptionists are cheerful, courteous and very accommodating to anyone who needs their help. The place was very accessible going to/from church (Quiapo church) via the LRT and PUJ's passing by in the Taft avenue. There are numerous fastfood chains near the place and viable to two nearby 7 eleven Marts. Lastly, it was near to Robinsons Galleria Mall.

I saw some little cockroaches in the room and bathroom, but as a totality, it did not ruined our stay. I guess just a little pesticidal spray to kill these crawling insects.

Me and my family really the hotel, the room, the service, its accessibility to all our destinations while in Manila. We love to return again this coming December for our usual visit to our relatives. We could have extended our stay if not for our work back home. Thank you for the good service. Really appreciate it.

None, our stay is something that we can share with our friends so they too can experience the good service of this hotel. It makes our stay in Manila a very very good one. I would surely love to make anther booking in the future.

Their staff was friendly and courteous. The front desk attendant allowed us to check in earlier with no extra fees. The location is near some tourist spots and their food tastes good. The room is spacious and clean.

We were assigned rooms ins the 3rd and 8th floors. On the 3rd floor - they have a window, but no view - just a wall half a meter away. On the 8th floor, they have a window with a view. However, I think a guest prior to us smoked in that room, it smelled that way during our whole stay. No gym nor pool. Although I appreciate that the hotel allowed pets, I think their charge of Php 1,000 per day is expensive (excludes Php 3,500 cleaning charge if ever your pet pees on their beds).

We were here August 2022 and decided to come back the 2nd time. We love to stay here. All Staff are very accommodating and courteous, from Front Office to Back of the house. Excellent service that never disappoint. Special mention to Glenn at the restaurant, whose so kind to get me some pandesal for breakfast on his own expense. There is a great improvement on the fruits they served for breakfast. They are ripened and sweet. Thank you very much for your excellent service. Keep up the good work. Will see you next time.

As much as we love to stay here, we found some discrepancies that can be improved. The sink in the bathroom was not draining and had to ask for maintenance attention. The sink was also leaking and had to put bath mat to stop flooding. The bed on the left side where I slept squeaks every time I moved.

The Room was nice and clean, the Staff was amazing and the location was fine. The attention given to our Service Dog was just the best, better than we have gotten in a First world Country, they were so friendly to him and we could not thank them enough, upon Entering and Exiting this Dog was treated like Royalty, he was a Very Happy Dog.

The Traffic and location was not Ideal as it was a big city and plenty of people all around, the hotel was like an oasis from the Smog and pollution, The hotel of course had nothing to do with this as they can not control the environment. Only one thing, when you left the room had to take your key, this again is something I did not like as it would shut off everything in the room and this is good for the environment and is well needed to save money - But again this is not something that one could fault the hotel for as they were on top of everything - Can't thank them enough as it was the best stop on our long Journey to Dauin Philippines.
