The staff was friendly. There was enough parking space. It's near many convenient places... like a family restaurant, Bo's Coffee, Abaca Baking Company, Robinson's Supermarket, Uncle John's, Julie Bakeshop, Cebu Doctors, and some Carinderia at the side...there was also a tattoo studio, made me want to get one.

The breakfast was basic. The room we got needs a little rearranging... the bed was so close to the door. If someone opens the door to kill the occupant, they can just open the door slightly and stab...THAT CLOSE!

It's a perfect location in the middle of the center with a lot of restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, the hair blower didn't work and the sink was not working well but then they fixed it very fast and even replaced the blower with a new one. For a 2 Star hotel, it was perfect and also i think it should be more as it's current rating.

The room isn't sound proof. It feels like the window is open. So you can hear everything from outside and from the hallway. But in our room it wasn't too loud and it didn't disturb us and we slept well.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, very easy to talk to. I like the rooms. It's quite big and could fit additional beds. The beds are comfortable, and they clean the room every day. The staff let me borrow their flat iron so I can iron our clothes. Considering the price, this hotel is a great find. It is close to a lot of establishments. You can go to any restaurants outside. I love that it's not noisy, considering it is also close to the highway. It is about 10 mins away from SM City Cebu and Pier 1. Basically, we managed to easily go to a lot of places because the location of our hotel makes it easy to access. After a whole day of going on tour, we can rest comfortably in our clean bed and quiet room. My family and I would like to thank everyone in the hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It needs to renew some of its facilities. The windows need cleaning. I hope they change the window covers. Just put curtains. The water heater does not heat very well too, but since the weather is hot, we didn't mind it. I wish they can also serve the breakfast earlier instead of 7:30am. As Filipinos, we didn't mind the food even though it seems to be from the can (eg. Canned meat loaf, corned beef). We are used to this type of food. We just wish it to be earlier.

Very nice hotel, I booked bigger room and it was huge. Everything was clean. AC was so quiet I thought it is not working.

Breakfast wasn't really good, bathroom was very small and last night of our staying there was some party on the roof which ended about 3 am I think and people from that party were very loud when it ended. Luckily we didn't sleep yet but I am sure it woke up a lot of sleeping guest. But that is not problem of the hotel I think and it happend only once. :)

The hotel is so Close to all amenities. Shopping is a walking distance away and there's a nice Starbucks across the road so convenient. The air-conditioner works well though

1. The rooms need updating plus the door to our room bathroom in 402 swing to the inside which is backwards making it so tight getting in. 2. Walls , doorknobs and bedroom floors were sticky and filthy. 3. The room WALL isn't sound proof. YOU CAN HEAR EVERY NOISES FROM OUTSIDE.

The staff are accommodating and unassuming. I would like to mention the courtesy and hospitality of Jordan (FOA who checked me in, Glen (agent i am speaking with through bcom messaging) and Sha (FOA who checked me out). the booking process is a breeze, everything went smooth and seamless. Staff were accommodationg especially Jordan who knows the nook and crannies of front office operations. Bed is very comfortable, i was given a king bed and compared to other hotels, theirs is of high quality. considering the room rate, you are definitely getting value for your money. The location of the hotel is superb. stone throw away from cafes and restaurants. Definitely a hotel to stay at for short trips or even long trips as it is very affordable. If a sprayer/bidet is non-negotiable for you, book this hotel. they have it.

The bathroom is cramped. If you are on a bigger side, the toilet will be very uncomfortable. Hope they provide better toiletries and towels. Breakfast is okay, but I wish it is better. I would appreciate a freshly cooked breakfast. I had issues with cable TV as there was no signal.

PROS 1.) Staff - there was a miscommunication regarding my early check-in request, but the front desk immediately made adjustments and checked us in three hours before their standard. The way they handled the situation was superb! They even gave us complimentary breakfasts to compensate for what happened (this was not included in our booking), and for us to try their new in-house restaurant. 2.) Location - close to anything and everything - restaurants/eateries, malls, supermarkets, coffee shops, tourist spots, etc. Ikaw na lang talaga ang mamimili kung saan ang pupuntahan mo. 3.) Room - the suite is more than big enough for four adults. It was always so nice to arrive at our clean and well-arranged room after a day’s worth of sightseeing. The cleaning service was fantastic. 4.) Every day there were complimentary bottled drinking water, fresh towels, and a supply of toiletries. 5.) Overall service. Fantastic.

CONS 1.) The TV signal sucks. Even a local channel gets an unstable signal. Wala kang mapapanood na matino. 2.) The bathroom sink needs to be fixed. The water drains ever so slowly. 3.) The reception hall must be well-ventilated. It’s where the guests first “stay” so it should be comfortable spending time there. Enough air conditioning should be installed.

What we liked about this hotel was the location. It is located in the heart of the city. Close to almost everything. We were able to eat outside at night. We were able to walk as well. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The receptions are the best. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

Small quantity of bathroom toiletries but not much of an issue since we brought some of our personal items too.

Area

The receptionist I was asked here to speak Visayas as I am Visayan too. Eventhough I was booked from United kingdom but still remain Filipino. I was asked her if can speak Visayas as I came from Davao City but she's refused to do it because they need to follow the rules and need to speak in english. I don't prefer english while I'm own country for the reasons. Just I don't like it I don't know what is her name but I'm feels annoyed.

Everything.....friendly staff, adequate sized rooms, location to restaurants, malls. Walking distance to almost everything you need. Jollibee, Burger King, Greenwich, Robinson's Mall, Boss Chicken (eat all you can). Laundry shop round the corner..... Free breakfast (well I am small eater) so the amount served is just right for me....

Nothing to dislike...... Maybe the elevator could be spruced up a bit? But that's just plain nitpicking, overall the elevator serves it's purpose.
