Hot water in the shower, big room, rooftop area to relax, able to stay on rooftop after check out. Near shops, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, south bus terminal. Security guard at front door. (Toilet broke but it was fixed very quickly by kind staff)

Hard bed and noisy Aircon, but this seems to be normal in Philippines.

I stayed here for almost a month. Ive been extending my stay weekly because of work. I didn't really expect much from the property knowing that its a 2-star and located in downtown area but I am very well accommodated and satisfied in my stay here. Staffs are friendly, facilities are nice, breakfast is good and you can request for your preferred delivery time, you can also request for additional orders. Location is very very accessible for your urgent needs (food, pharmacy, laundry, church, convenient store). Safe and quiet area. I never felt unsafe in the area and in the property even if I went home late at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Affordable rooms but service is very good.

The room facilities were great, especially they have cable TV powered by Sky Cable. Also, the room was very neat and cool thanks to the air conditioning unit. The bathroom was also very clean and it even has a heater on it. They have a roof deck that has a good view of the city. They also provided us free bottles of water, toothpaste and toothbrush.

The rooms i think are not sound proof because we can hear people's voices who stayed by the room next to ours. Also, we left messages to the hotel via booking chat but they didnt respond to our inquiries.

The staff and management team is gracious, responsive and hands-on in going all out to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every guest. The location is great, the room was ample size, the bed super comfy the bathroom had nice fixtures. The internet connection is excellent!

Wifi is really good though I still use my own because I had so many gadgets that needs connection for work and personal use. They have TV cable that works really well, their aircon is also functioning well, very cold. Shower heater is also very nice.

Location is very nice. Quiet area morning til night despite it being located in downtown area. Very accessible also, its near the church, you can find places to eat nearby, there are tons of laundry nearby in case you'll need it.

The place was clean and the staff granted my request to change room due to the room set-up and the table I would need for work.

If the hotel could serve free breakfast, that would be an additional plus.

Complimentary water with hair comb and toothbrush. The towel's fabric is cotton. Curtains are dark let us sleep during daytime. Hot shower is good condition. The staffs are friendly and location is accessible.

No shower curtain and holder. No extra hanger. No drinking glass. Blankets were too thin.

The value for money is outstanding, the staff are excellent, and for a small place it gives you all you need. Location is great as well. The linen, towels and room facilities are way above average spotless clean and attention to detail. For a budget hotel it's way more than you would expect.

! Nothing. I assure you that you will very happy with all the facilities especially the wifi and basic services.
