Not a single drink or a bottle of water to be find in the room.

Location, with a subway station nearby - Room amenities - Bed was comfy - Good Wifi - Safe - Gym - Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

Air conditioner is weak, and noisy when the fan kicks in - Room illumination is poor - Breakfast service is not very good, they take away your cup without asking if you want more - Restaurant and bar are on the expensive side - Pool closes too early

room size, cleaners, soft bed, extra pillows, air con can be left on so its cold on return, lighting, recently refurbished, walk-in shower, some of the concierge were very helpful. Quiet. Fast lifts. Covid measures.

comms on arrival - didnt tell us ice was on our floor in a room (would save me goung down to bar every day with a bucket). Breakfast a bit overpriced but tasty. No map of area from reception. Cards for door and lift failed to work on 3 occasions even though we kept them separate from phone (they didnt tell us). No fridge in room. Min-bar downstairs. Bar was expensive: 10 USD for one whiskey - a bottle is 30 in shops. 5USD to old city by taxi via Uber. 20USD to airport by taxi via Uber. Couple of shops nearby (5-10 min walk), one was 24 hour. Some good restaurants nearby (but many are fast food).

Location was nice, close to many restaurants, walking distance to the Uraca park and also PANAMA sign. We didn't have breakfast there. Around the hotel there are many places to eat that offer different options/ vegetarian and vegan?. It was easy and cheap to take UBER to the old town and also other parts of the city.

Price for the room was high and breakfast not included in the price. Overall prices in Panama city are higher than i expected. It was missing slippers.

The room was clean and fresh the view was heavenly to see in the mornings and the bathroom clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well, the pillow were full and nice as well.

The breakfast options were very limited and this a bit disappointed it was very taste though. The pool is pretty small and it’s unfortunate that it closes so early.

Everything apart from price which could have reflected the little less offered and better pandemic prices offered by others

Breakfast was limited but we do realize that this was due to pandemic restrictions and we did miss the sumptuous buffet of previous visits

I stayed in order to sightsee so the hotel was just a base, otherwise I would have suggested that the pool was just a dipping pool and the deck area could have been made prettier with plants?

The room was comfortable and of decent size. The bed was comfortable as were the bedding. The breakfast is the same every day and so there is no real options which can be very boring.

Hotel is very clean, but floor smell musty.

We have given this place an excellent rating in every category which is why we always stay here when in Panama.

Nothing to complain about. Short of offering a cheaper rate we could not ask for anything more.

good business class option in Obarrio, the banking district. Small pool, a cafe/lunch place downstairs and big, spotless rooms. Good Holiday Inn standard
