Parklane Motor Lodge

I liked the set up of the room and how accommodating the staff were. The location wasn't bad either. The room itself was spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and the balcony was our favourites

I didn't like that the only way to the top was via stairs which can make it inconvenient when carrying luggage or needing to come and go or get things from the car but it was only a small thing

Location was really good and was located right next to Greenlane hospital. Easy enough to find. Our room was so awesome. It had a glass roof and spa bath and for the price was great value. Me and my partner was really happy with the room and it also included 2 balconys!

There was a slight issue with how thin the walls were. We were situated at the very top with only one other room besides us however we were only talking at a reasonable level and had the people next to us knock on our door to say keep it down. We really weren't being loud and it was only 9pm. Would hate to think what they would here if there were other activities happening :D

Close to event we were going to Staff were very helpful Room was clean and tidy Nice and Private room little to no noise from outside Little kitchenette was handy for light snacks and tea and coffee Breakfast was great too

Room was hot apon arrival but i ddnt tell them a time i was turning up so may hav been cooled if i had of told them a time

I was nicely set out with bed taking up most of the room and balcony adjacent to the bed. The bathroom was very clean and looked great. The large TV in front of the bed was great too as we were winding down after conference.

The view wasn't great, i.e. looking out over neighboring motels but we had no expectations for a great view so this didn't matter at all.

Great housekeeping everyday, good facilities. Nice pool.

Every room faces pool so a bit awkward to swim with everyone watching. Also, neighbours played some music early hours of the morning and could be heard through windows and walls.

It was clean. Had most of the amenities that we required. Was close to shops and supermarkets. Was also close to the venue where our event was being held.

We would’ve liked to have had some heating facilities for the room. But only had the electric blanket to keep us warm.

Parklane motor lodge had everything we needed and the spa bath in the room was just what was called for after a long day at workshops. Internet was best and much needed.

Perfectly located, very accommodating to my needs.

It has come to my attention that there are some positive factors your hotel offered. These factors were the following: (1) location of hotel is good and has great open space, (2) good parking and (3) reception were polite.

It has come to my attention that there are some negative factors your hotel offered. These factors were the following: (1) offensive odor inside the room. I had to buy lots of room spray to change the odor of the room, (2) the hotel looked quite run down and tired, I recommend that in the near future, you try enlighten the hotel by putting new fittings and making the place look more modern to attract lore customers.

Location was perfect for my work event. Hotel management was fantastic!

I would have liked the laundry facilities to be open later (they closed at 8:00 pm but we were out all day).
