It.s a verry nice hotel to stay with amazing view to the Erasmus breadg.Also we liked it the special desig of the hotel.The breakfast was great and tasty (a lot of choice) and the bathroom was surprisedly big.

The tv it was not always working,after trying to stwitch the program's was no more signal,it was verry strange.We called the reception to fix it,but nobody came to fix the problem.

A rather quirky hotel right in the center of Rotterdam near the Erasmus bridge. I loved the breakfast; tons of options including eggs, cheeses, pastries, juices, coffees, yoghurt, oats, fruit etc all freshly prepared. Great little perks like 24/7 "supermarket" in the lobby and the drink vouchers for skipping housekeeping. I was attending a conference and having the metro 1 minute away was extremely convenient. Air conditioner helped with sleeping at night since it was August. The terrace was also an added bonus at the end of the day, though it gets very busy on weekends.

I'm not sure how it would work for those travelling with family or friends, since the bathroom walls are glass. This was fine for me as I was alone travelling for work.

The overall atmosphere of the place, very friendly staff. The rooms still look as good as they did when we last stayed. Great central location for the World Ports event.

Unfortunately our check in didn't work out as planned. We were given a room number on the 22nd floor but the card key didn't work. Whilst I went back down to reception, my wife stayed with the luggage outside the room, but when I returned another couple were just going into the same room with the same card key etc. After another trip down to reception we were given another room on the 20th floor which this time worked out ok. To be fair, the young lady in reception (didn't get her name but she was from Manchester UK) sorted a free complementary breakfast for us both which was excellent and appreciated.

The sleek and modern design of the hotel created a stylish atmosphere that was both inviting and comfortable. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant with its panoramic vistas and delicious cuisine. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. Overall, my stay at the nHow hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

Great location, vibrant area with amazing eat out options. Spacey rooms, nice design, no neighbor noise at all, excellent! The best breakfast I have ever had in a Western Europe Hotel, spectacular view of Erasmus Bridge is included. All beds including extra were comfy.

Bathroom looks fancy, however the glass does not make me feel safe, it is also transparent, waited for extra bed for some time and no body could use the toilet in that period. TV or the entertainment system needs a refresh.

Fabulous hotel in a great location right opposite the metro. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and lasted till 12 on weekends Staff all very helpful

The open plan bathroom was unusual!! You need to know whoever you are sharing with very well. Fine if you aren’t needing a lot of privacy Holland is a country of very tall people and I had to get into the bath to turn on the shower as fixed screen meant I couldn’t reach !!! A taller person with longer arms designed this. Also a non slip bath mat and a handrail are needed for safety

The room had an amazing view (we reserved the one with the view on the horizon which gives view on Erasmus bridge). The breakfast was great, with a variety of choice, the best breakfast I had in a 4 or 5 stars hotel. The room design is nice, modern and original.

I didn't like the fact that windows cannot be opened, there is a ventilation system but I would prefer some natural air from the exterior from time to time. Also it was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature and I was feeling quite cold when inside the room. The choice of TV channels was surprisingly limited (I like having the TV on when in the bedroom) with basically only news channels available and some Dutch and German channels. Usually the offer is much richer in 4 stars hotels.

We went on a Sunday and the restaurant and the room service were not available. Both in the same day??? Really??? People also need to eat on Sundays! The offer at the shop downstairs really minimal, surely not for a decent meal. The room was cold when we arrived but quickly heated up. The lazy bastard chair....nothing special at all. I don't even understand why it's mentioned. But there's no standard chair if you want to use the desk. If you are with your partner be aware that he can see you on the toilet...a little weird...

It’s a very modern hotel, everything appealed and felt luxurious. The staff was also remarkably welcoming, providing drinks and even additional information about the city, and the establishment. I really appreciated that! Side note: The view was phenomenal, you could almost see the entirety of Rotterdam.

There are barely any bad things to mention about this hotel, the only thing that kind of bugged me was the TV. It’s framed within a case made out of glass, which kind of interfered with the connections. This also caused a couple complications with the remote.

Great hotel! It was my second stay in 2022 and i didn't regret to come back! My. place to stay when I visit Rotterdam! It has a fancy but still warm feeling. The staff at the reception is awesome, very helpful, kind and even funny! Nice spacious rooms, great view and just outside the center... Also our 'special request' for a 3th bed in the room was handled with care!

We had 2 minor things, but they didn't ruïne our stay: - first night we had a drink at the bar: don't know what went wrong but we had the wait very very long (>30 minutes) before someone noticed we still hadn't drinks and it had nothing to do with understaffing, people enough running around and working after the bar so, looked more like a bad 'organisation', no-one really knowing what to do... - I also used the welness this time and this wasn't great. Sauna not warm enough, banks not really comfy and missing a jaccuzzi
