The free parking facilities in front of the hotel. The comfortable room.
We had a problem with the key card, which took time to solve. We also missed breakfast on the first morning, as no-one had told us that it finished at 9 o'clock. Luckily, the reception finally agreed to refund us. Breakfast was good, with excellent smoked salmon and fried eggs.

Absolutely nice stay! Very clean rooms, brilliant breakfast, free private parking for the hotel guests. Young, enthusiastic staff, very polite!
From the outside the building is not very attractive. Kind of far from the city centre, but there is public transport available - bus nearer the hotel or metro from the nearby shopping centre. By the way this shopping centre is just enormous and fully open on Sunday.

We chose the hotel because of the location which was walking distance to where we were going. The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable and clean. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. It's away from the hustle and bustle but still easy enough to get to the city centre.

We liked the location as we were staying one night and continued the day after. Free car park was perfect. We liked the breakfast a lot, many options. Staff was very helpful and caring.
The beds were a bit soft but we slept well. There could have been some free bottles of water in the refrigerator which was empty.

The room could be cleaner. There is only one entrance, which you have to pass through the driving entrance, and after 9 pm, the gate for the driving entrance is closed, which makes it cumbersome to get it.

Pillows are too firm and high, got a neckache. No kettle, but a coffee machine. Might be inconvenient for families with kids. The safe was locked and the staff didn't come to fix it. Although I asked only once.
