Golden Tulip West Ende

I had stayed here before, so I knew how this hotel was like. Fantastic place, very clean, modern rooms and nice decor. Also great service from all the staff. The bathroom is huge and has everything needed. The location is superb. Also, we could park the car with no problems. Air conditioning was very welcomed in a very hot day. The coffee machine worked really well. Just like before, very happy that we chose this hotel.

The only thing would be having a lighter cover for the bed, because this duvet was very warm even with the air conditioning. Apart from that, everything great!

It had everything we needed and was clean. Solid quality. The bathroom was very well equipped. Convenient location.

Pillows were uncomfortable (but extra pillows were provided in the wardrobe). There was a noisy crowd by our window - loud voices throughout the night - which made it tricky to sleep with the windows opened. With windows closed, however, it was completely fine - great sound insulation. The stay could have been better value for money - a little pricey, but it was the best available option in the area.

The room was mainly good but some things have not been as expected. The Junior sweet was a bit cramped when entered the room, a very small "living area". The bathroom was very nice. no complaints about that. In this small living room was access to 2 balconies but only available to open the smaller one which was not so convenient. Overall a good place.

The bedroom on the top, a big bathroom.

The room, split over two floors with the upstairs being the bedroom, was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We had breakfast on the last day - there was a lovely choice of foods with fresh coffee.

It was a little hot in the room, although opening the balcony door and the window in the bedroom soon cooled this down.

Staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. Good parking space>

The cleaning was very bad and there were many days they did not clean our rooms even if we notified the reception.

Check in and check out went very smoothly. Bathroom was spotless. There was ample breakfast. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise with a modern extension behind the traditional building.

I couldn't find a teaspoon to stir my coffee at breakfast! Some of the furniture in the bedroom was stained which was a little off-putting.

The room worked perfectly for us (family of 2 adults and 3 children). The beds were good and comfortable. The blinds were very good as they closed the windows fully not allowing any light to come through. This helped us having a 2 good extra hours of sleep in the morning

The breakfast was ok but can be improved. For example, the scramble eggs were not fresh (seemed to be made of powder eggs). The orange juice could be improved. The variety of breads was limited. With slight improvements on the breakfast, the rating surely would go up.

Great hotel. Nice comfortable room with clean bathroom. Very convenient having the restaurant downstairs as well. Both dinner and breakfast were lovely; the food is amazing and the restaurant staff are super friendly. Higly recommended!

Very convenient, close to everthing, and the large room with a full size bathroom was a surprise there was a coffee maker, kettle and a small refrigerator.
