The location of the hotel right next to the train/bus station is perfect. Room and bathroom were a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay if somewhat limited.

Some info and instructions in the room would have been helpful, especially for my elderly father who couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine or the television. Some actual cups and milk would also have been good - it's impossible to make a decent cup of tea in a small glass with creamer. Pre-booking of parking space would also be helpful - we arrived late and there were no spaces left in the car park. Limited selection for vegetarian breakfast - a real toaster would have been nice in the restaurant as the hot press just produces warm flattened bread rather than actual toast.

The room is of reasonable size. The lighting is good. There is free coffee and tea inside the room. One can make coffee and tea easily with espresso machine and kettle. The security is good with access to the evaluator and corridor being swipecard-controlled. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. I stayed high up the building. Most of the time I was not disturbed by the noise of the train. The location is very convenient, short walking distance to the city centre and to the university.

The sink in the bathroom did not work that well. It was kind of stuck and the water drained away very slowly. It's inconvenient and yucky. The showering head was also kind of stuck. The water came out in a small stream.

excellent location, close to train station (but quiet), close to city center, public parking (cheaper than hotel parking) nearby nice view, good air conditioning (it was cold outside but had a nice temperature in the room), good wi-fi, modern looking extra facilities like fitness center, social space with billiards, reading tables and so on, washing machines, could rent a bike good breakfast, even a fresh orange juice making machine

cleaning staff was not up to it's job, sometimes room not cleaned, another time left the cleaning cart in the hallway (was already evening, clearly not cleaning anything anymore) small TV, no fridge, no safe in the room

This is a very handy yet very quirky place and my go to hotel in Eindhoven. The atmosphere is relaxed and full of life but without it being too much. The rooms are not huge but very comfy and well equipped (the electrical outlet with USB plugs should be a must in all hotels but sadly it isn't -- find it here for your convenience!). The breakfast is quite good. The gym is very well equipped and opens 24-7 so it's a delight for the business traveller with little time for such extras.

The WiFi at my room (which was a corner room, that is true) was stable but not fast by any means.

Very fun decor that triggers smiles and conversations. Bed was very comfortable. We were on a higher floor so we had cool views. Staff was very helpful. They have a luggage room that is locked and have a tag system so the bag is matched to the owner - this gave us a lot of peace of mind during our last day.

The towels are a bit small but still perfectly fine. The bathroom is adapted for wheelchairs so it's a fully open concept bathroom however the drainage seemed a bit weak as the whole bathroom would fill with water and was not drained. During our stay there the bathroom floor was permanently lined with water. There's no mini fridge in the room.

I only stayed one night. Super-convenient location (if you don't mind the occasional soft sound of trains in the backgound) and a cool view from top floors, a nice vibe in common areas, really friendly staff, welcoming treats+a coffee coupon/water bottles/kettle/capsule coffee machine in the room, fresh orange juice and a waffle maker at breakfast (in addition to eggs and bacon, coldcuts, yoghurts, etc.), reliable and fast Wi-Fi+a desk in the room so I could work during my stay.

Main problem, it's pricey. I was meeting a friend there, otherwise would have chosen a cheaper place. Another downside was not having a small fridge in the Queen room (they have them in studios, apparently). I got cheese as a gift and had nowhere to store it that night. The tap in the bathroom was pouring over the sink if the water was flowing at full pressure (reported at check-out, they probably fixed it after I left). Also, it took me a while to figure out how the lights and AC in the room worked, and to locate plates and cutlery in the breakfast area because they were not in the same place.

We stayed in a spacious room on the 17th floor, which offered us a delightful view of Eindhoven. The room was very clean, and we were pleased with its overall condition. Prior to our trip, we had specifically requested a quiet room away from the railway, and the staff kindly accommodated our preference. We greatly appreciate their attentiveness and the excellent service they provided throughout our stay. The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect, being just a stone's throw away from both the train station and the city centre.

Close to the train station,literally walking distance, close to eindhoven downtown. But if you're planning to go in amsterdam, the cost of the ticket from eindhoven is like $100 for 2person. I wish i knew that before booking this. Room are very nice and big, value for the money is worth it. I liked about it while you're waiting for your laundry you could play table tennis and other stuff.

The mattress of the bed is too hard. Like you're sleeping in the wood. ☹️

We absolutely loved the staff! I have to mention Eva in the breakfast cafe was so warm, friendly, and helpful! Candra was a great chef and so friendly too. The front desk personnel Leila was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond for us. John was also so helpful and we enjoyed talking with him and loved that he loves his job. Mark was also friendly. There was another front desk lady, blond curly hair and she went and got ice for me. I wanted to tip her and she said she was happy to do it and it was her job. I have worked in customer service and your team gets A+! Whoever does the hiring truly picks the best people. Their energy and customer service is amazing. Also the cleaning staff did a beautiful job with having the room so clean. We had the breakfast the first day and did not want to have breakfast anywhere else. We did enjoy the buffet, the atmosphere, and the music, When we go back to Eindhoven we will stay in your hotel for sure.

The only area that could be improved is probably the bed. It was not that comfortable. Could have a better mattress. Everything else is really great!

Location and the concept are perfect, the staff on the reception was also very nice and helpful.

I wish the access to the kitchen was also provided, since tourist guests pay more than long-term students. Also the number of electric sockets in the room could be more. There was none from my side of the bed, so inconvenient to charge the phone. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the fact you they charge 2 or 3€ more when you pay in the restaurant. Not fair.
