Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne

The location is excellent, and staff very friendly and efficient. I appreciated the coffee and the ironing board in the room! :-) The room for the gala dinner was set beautifully, with nice decoration. Serving dinner for 180 persons while there is a program to follow as well is not easy, and it all went smoothly with delicious food and great staff. No time to use the spa :-( or enjoy breakfast there. That will have to be done next time.

There was some dust visible in the room and the ventilator of the air-conditioning could not be completely switched off. It would have been nice to be able to buy water at the reception, not only coke and other soft drinks. Minor details that can further improve the positive guest experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne, and I must say it was a delightful experience overall. The hotel boasts a beautiful view, and my room was incredibly spacious, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay. It was wonderful to find toiletries readily available, and the coffee machine with provided pods was a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix. Tea bags, a gown, and slippers were also provided, adding to the convenience and making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the pool and sauna facilities. Both were well-maintained and proved to be extremely popular among guests. Spending time in these amenities truly enhanced my stay, providing a perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Furthermore, the receptionist and bar staff were a joy to interact with. Always wearing smiles, they were happy to assist and offer support whenever needed. Their genuine warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The cleaning services were also commendable. It was reassuring to know that I could request fresh towels or bedsheets if needed, and the room was consistently well-maintained throughout my stay. In conclusion, my stay at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne was undeniably a positive one, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the near future. The hotel's excellent amenities, friendly staff, and cleanliness make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Eindhoven.

However, one minor drawback I noticed was the presence of dust particles in the room. It seemed that the larger the room, the dustier it tended to be. It would be a great addition if the hotel could provide air purifiers in each room to address this issue, ensuring a pristine and allergen-free environment for all guests.

- Room was spacious and comfortable beds. - Hotel gym is very well equipped and has more workout equipment than many other hotel gyms. - Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices and I liked the fact that I could order cappuccino or latte macchiato from the staff. - Staff in reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

- Room could have been cleaned better before arrival. We wrote a 'hello' in the dust on one of the surfaces and the make-up mirror was full of finger prints from the previous guests. Also one of the towels had a coffee stain on it.

Everything . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding were super comfy . The room was spacious and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was fantastic although a little chaotic. There was so much choice . In a perfect location . Just great

The only small thing we thought were the parking fees. We have stayed in several hotels with parking over the past 2 weeks as we have our car and this is the most expensive by far but it wouldn't put us off coming back .

Breakfast was good but overpriced. Room was a good size with good beds. Some of the wall paper is beginning to peel off at the sides but otherwise nice with a coffee maker, kettle and lots of channels on TV. Swimming pool is small (but fine for adults)but it's a shame the music is so loud! The roof of the pool needs some maintenance. The sauna was excellent but one of the timers is broken. We did not park at their car park as we found the price too expensive. We parked 5 minutes walk away for a fraction of the price and you can book it online in advance so extremely convenient. Very friendly reception staff.

The price of their car park and the breakfast were too expensive. Swimming pool ceiling needs to be re-painted.

The location is perfect if you want to be a short walk from restaurants and shops - it is basically in the the center of Eindhoven. The beds are amongst the most comfortable of the many hotels I have stayed in, truly exceptional. The bedrooms are attractive and have a modern design, and the cleaning staff do a thorough job. The breakfast buffet was well above my expectations, with an extensive display of breakfast foods to suit any appetite and the 'hot' buffet delivers omelets to order as well as scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages - all fresh and delicious and a great way to start the day. But the best part of this hotel is the staff; all of them, without exception, were friendly, attentive and willing to do whatever was asked - that is the essence of an excellent hotel and despite this review being more or less immediately post-pandemic, where all service industries are struggling to hire staff and train them, the Pullman has recruited young enthusiastic staff, and has trained them well.

I had no real complaints. Certainly the bedroom could be bigger, but I stayed in the least expensive rooms and I really cannot complain. The could also be more cupboard space, but it is adequate for a short stay. There is a really comfortable swiveling chair by the desk, but it is heavy and difficult to move out of the way. A few more electrical power points at the desk would be appreciated. Oh, and the mini bar is not refrigerated, it's what is described as a 'cool box,' so no chilled drinks :(

Very comfortable, modern hotel just down the street from the train station. We appreciated the refrigerator and coffee/tea in our room. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from storing our luggage to helping us make reservations for dinner. There is also a nice underground parking facility with a designated space for storing our bikes. We also paid extra for early check-in which was much appreciated and well worth it after our long overseas flight. I wish more hotels offered this!

Unfortunately someone rang our room's doorbell in the middle of the night. Not sure why doorbells are necessary in a hotel? Breakfast was also expensive and not included, so we opted to visit a local breakfast place instead.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool (you can feel the humidity in the reception area) and a fitness room. The staff is extremely polite and ready to help you with any problem. Congratulations for the attitude!

The bathroom has glass walls, as does the door. I don't recommend it. Unfortunately, the ventilation system in the bathroom does not work, and therefore any smell, such as the steam from the shower, goes to the room.

Great location at the center of the city close to Eindhoven Centraal train station, fantastic view to St Agoustine cathedral, spacious rooms and great amenities, very polite personnel and ready to serve the customer in the best possible way (even when some mistakes happened, they immediately reacted and fixed them).

Hotel structure is quite strange, which means some rooms might require some "navigation" within the hotel, some inefficiencies in booking and cleaning which were fixed afterwards however.
