Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Klein Zwitserland

The hotel is well-kept, clean and friendly. Hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet for 7 days did not get bored. The restaurant dishes were amazing! Delicious food, fresh and made with love. :) The location was perfect for us. The pool is great, the beds are comfortable and the hotel area is quiet and beautiful. We are very pleased with the stay. The bathroom is not modern, but neat and clean. The bathtub is ok for me, but older people might have a problem with safety.

Very charming old hotel with history. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, quiet. Restaurant with dinner and excellent breakfast. It has an inside swimming pool and sauna, which we did not use, because arrived late.

Room cleaning could be better. The carpet on the floor was not vacuum cleaned properly. Found some old child toys behind the bed.

The room was huge. I didn't have breakfast there, but the meal at dinner was only adequate. I had fish and chips, and of the two pieces of fish, one was fresh, the other not quite so fresh. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, but a little hard to find if one is old-fashioned and not an e-traveler. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful!

It was a lovely clean hotel, ideally located to visit Arnhem and surrounding areas, with friendly staff, couldn't ask for more.

As we arrived late and had to leave early, we didn't get to enjoy the facilities and, perhaps more importantly, the breakfast.

Room was split into a separate lounge and bedroom area - handy if you have small children (we don't). Secure cycle parking. Mountain bike trails in the nearby woods. Scenic cycle path along the river nearby. Breakfast and restaurant dinner were both good.

Very quiet, clean place. Lots of elderly people and some people with kids. Nice bed as well. Pool and sauna were nice and quiet too. Good lobby to work with stable wifi.

I asked if I could work remote somewhere by day after checkout. The nice afternoon reception offered an empty place in the hotel. But when I asked again where in the morning, the lady sent me to the lobby. Which was also fine, but not consistent. Luckily I had my headphones.

Quiet location with easy access to Arnhem by car and many leisure options. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Very good breakfast. Lift to ascend to the upper floors. Just beside an excellent restaurant. Good cost benefit.

No amenities in the bathroom but soap, although this did not bother us. Thin and small towels. No frigobar in the room.

Astounded by the amount of facilities! Including indoor pool (open long hours), whirlpool, sauna, e-choppers. Situated in such a lovely area too. All the staff were helpful and friendly. All were brilliant English speakers too. Would 100% recommend!

Some parts were very dated and some carpets worn out, bathrooms could do with updating.

Room was lovely, as is the location. Staff are fantastic, but the evening meal was dissapointing - the ONLY minor negative.
