very clean. staff is always making an effort to make sure it’s clean. staff was very welcoming and made sure our needs were taken care of. they responded to all our requests and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. so much attention to detail. the staff also helped us coordinate reservations and gave great recommendations for all meals. staff was very friendly and had a great attitude at all times. the rooms were always super clean considering the hotel is right in front of the beach.

this is not casa ganesh’s fault but rosa negra next door is extremely loud day and night. I’m not one to really care about noise but they went over bored. such a downside to the hotel but location is great. if rosa negra was not next to casa Ganesh they would have such a lovely quiet and relaxing vibe. it felt that way in the morning and as soon as the music came on from next door it went away.

The staff was very kind and always reachable. they always tried to accommodate as as best as they could. Room was spacious and comfortable and right by the beach. It was very convenient that they had partnerships with several other beach clubs and resorts that allowed us to enter without paying cover and/or without having a minimum consumption.

I wish they would be able to offer breakfast but honestly it was fine.

Will definitely be returning to Casa Ganesh. My expectations were exceeded. The room looks as advertised, the hotel is right at the beach and grants access without min. consumption to the best beach clubs. The staff, starting from the hotel staff, to housekeeping and security are super friendly and helpful. Rodrigo was there to welcome me the morning after arrival, gave tips for restaurants, sights, atm's etc. Rooms are cleaned daily and well. Shower pressure is good. There's airconditioning and fans. There's complimentary coffee service (including plant milk) every morning. Small supermarket and a pharmacy right next to the hotel. 10/10

The hotel is located next door to one of the loudest/liveliest beach clubs, Rosa Negra, so there's loud music playing all day, this stops after around 6pm. I did not mind this though.

I loved my room, the staff, the easy access to the beach and I especially enjoyed the body wash and soaps provided. I stayed a few different places and theirs far exceed the others. If they wanna just send me a little bottle I would greatly appreciate it😉. Oh and I loved having both an indoor and outdoor shower, not sure if that was just they type of room i had but cool feature.

The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay for parking. I think that should be something that should be included for guest. It caught me a little off guard. I didn't end up staying but only a few hours but had to pay for a full days parking. Guest typically don't wanna to worry about finding parking, especially when you've had a long day. That is the only thing I was a little disappointed by.

Great location and amazing staff. Right in the middle of the city And close to atv rentals and a lot of good restaurants. The staff always helped us with reservations and recommendations for good restaurants and parties.

Right next to rosenegra which is playing music 24/7. If you are coming for a more relaxed getaway it’s not the best place.

as soon as we arrived the staff was very welcoming; they were really helpful for any kind of requests. Literally 20 seconds walking distance from the beach and the balcony surrounded by palm trees with the sound of the ocean as a background was just heaven.

The location was very good and the staff was very friendly. They recommended us places to visit and activities to do.

It doesnt have hairdryer and iron inside the room. No parking place for the car. We had to pay 400pesos for a night for the parking.

I loved Manuel, he was so attentive and helpful. we felt like guests of honor. All the staff were great. The room was lovely as well.

the lighting was very difficult for doing makeup, no place to sit at a desk for work. Also when they cleaned the room above us (while we were still sleeping at 8:30am) they were dragging the furniture across the floor and it was loud and frightening.

Perfect location

There are negative reviews because of neighboring club (Rosa Negra). Its loud during day because beach club but at night the noise moves to the restaurant inside. I didnt have trouble sleeping and closing doors remediates most of issue

The bed was amazing, beachfront always clean, location is perfect for nightlife, gave us the best recommendations, staff was always very helpful .

Dirty shower floor. Entrance next to a dumpster, smells like trash always.
