Very nice place that I would definitely recommend if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the area. It is a little paradise with very sweet staff and of course a very cool experience in the bubble. Also really nice food, awesome private cenote and cute (but cheeky) cat named Marco. Tip: due to the pressure of the bubble, air is continuously pushed into the sink drain, which you can hear. This is easily remedied by just closing the plug.

The lighting outside of our bubble prevented a full blackout jungle experience. It would be better if you could turn them off yourself.

This adults only property is located not too far from Puerto de Morelos, however, it is in the jungle and not close to any other sites. The Wi-Fi can be slow at times, and we did ask for a router to be placed in our room as we could not connect at first. The standard bubble is comfortable, but better suited for a couple, as the washroom is not separated by any kind of closed door. Both in the shower and the toilet are on the other side of the sink and counter behind a cement pony wall if that is super comfortable, and the bubble is air-conditioned. However, if you are woken up by the morning sun, I would recommend bringing I shades, and you should expect that your clothes will be damp, and nothing really dries out in that area. Even the clothes that I didn’t wear, and that were in the suitcase were slightly damp after we left. The property provides lots of 10 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The private pool, while private, did have a fair amount of debris after a couple days as they don’t seem to clean it out from day today. The bubble is surrounded by thatched wall or fencing, so your area is completely private to the other bubbles, and is surrounded by a small amount of jungle. the bubble itself can get quite humid due to the heat, but the air conditioning does work to a degree. The food is lovely, but we may have found it repetitive if we stayed more than a few days. The 7-pool cenote is close by and within an eight minute walking distance. It is best suited for a couples on a romantic retreat, but was fine for my girlfriend and I as we just wanted to unwind from the stress of everyday life. I’m glad we only booked for a few days as it is quite secluded and getting to the town would’ve been about a 20 minute taxi ride each way.

Spotty wifi from time to time - the spinning circle was driving us crazy - that being said, it is in the jungle, and we didn’t expect to have great connection in any case. The only other thing I would say is that the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and putting on any make up at night was an adventure.

Truly a unique and unforgettable experience in the jungle. You’re instantly spoilt and made welcome with a arrival drink and the grounds just ooze relaxation. The bubbles are extremely comfortable and totally private. You can even see toucans flying above you from your bed! Treating yourself to a hot bath under the stars is a must-do! The on-site cenote is fun to jump into and the pool is very refreshing. Mena at the restaurant/bar is so lovely and was one of our highlights as she made our day each morning and was extremely attentive and kind. The breakfast included was also delicious! The location is super remote which makes your stay feel like a total escape but there are 7 bocas cenotes just a short walk away if you want to explore, they’re worth it!

We found that the food was quite overpriced and they haven’t quite found their style with the menu yet so some dishes could be improved. If you don’t have a car, you’re tied to the restaurant for lunch and dinner so it can be quite a pricey bill at the end. The bubble could also feel a little damp in the mornings but that might have been because we didn’t have the AC cold or hot enough, we weren’t sure!

This was such a unique, fantastic experience. We decided to spend the last night of our trip closer to the airport since we had an early flight. Sooooo glad we found Oom on Booking.com! We only stayed one night, but those are the first pictures I show everyone from our trip! From the moment you walk through the gate (don't let the dirt access road deter you) you are treated to this little slice of paradise in the jungle. Right away you see the cool little cenote, the hammock between palm trees, and the lovely, open "lodge" above. As soon as we checked in, Mena brought us these wonderful drinks (made from different berries) in Tiki mugs. They were delicious. A real spa vibe. Then we walked through to the cenote-fed pool area, and on to our bubble! The first question we get asked- Yes! It is very private! You're separated from the other bubbles and the road by walls and wood fences cleverly blending in with the foliage. You can't see anywhere outside of your little camp, which includes your own little personal cenote pool outside the.bubble! There's a 2 door airlock entrance so you don't deflate the bubble, and there's a telescope ready for you to use at night- so cool. The bubble room was so clean you could eat off the floor. It's such a new experience, you feel like a little kid in there when you look around. We were actually giddy. The AC kept a pleasant temp despite the sun, and although it's small you can't possibly feel claustrophobic! The sheets, the.pillows, the bed! It was so incredibly comfortable we never wanted to leave it. Also, great WiFi. 2 things to be aware of- The bathroom area is spotless and does its job well, but is not very private, which can be awkward. We're married a while so nothing we hadn't heard before, lol, but a curtain or something would go a long way. Also, certain spots in the bubble will echo and vary in volume due to the acoustics, which can be weird.

My husband wished for a TV (despite having WiFi and a tablet and being immersed in beautiful nature, go figure) I wished for a little more bathroom privacy.

The cenote on sight was incredible definitely worth spending some time lounging and swimming around. The location was beautiful right in the heart of the jungle. Very private in the open even in the bedroom and by the pool such a unique experience.

The food was quite expensive and without able to bring in food you're obligated to spend a lot of money for every meal. Would be nice to have a cheaper option for snacks and some food.

The location is amazing! Beautiful views everywhere, and the details are very thought through. It is really a gem and so glad we booked it for our anniversary! Thank you Oom for such a welcoming and unforgettable stay! We loved everything from the cenote when you walk in to the privacy of the bubble. The food is also very good, breakfast was delicious! Do try the floating breakfast, totally worth it! Thank you for such a memorable experience!

This was a beautiful, peaceful retreat - Belem (General Manager) and her team made us feel very welcome and looked after us. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts & the waitress service was excellent - especially from Mena whose smile and friendliness always made our day :D

There was nothing we didn't like!

A one of a kind experience in the heart of the jungle. Like sleeping under the stars safe and sound in your own little bubble. The hotel lacks for nothing; service, food, high speed wifi, private cenote, sweat lodge, telescope, AC, comfortable beds, and a beach-like pool. All only 20 mins from the beach at Puerto Morelos.

Can't think of anything. Note that this place is not on the beach however as stated in the description.

Great location, super cozy hotel if you are looking for a quiet jungle experience. The private cenote is small but amazing! Open 24h. The pool is awesome (both of them).

We were expecting to see the stars from the bubble, but our location was under trees, so we couldn’t see. However, it’s good to protect from the heat.

The place is gorgeous, quite and unique. The staff were extremely nice and we highly recommend the bubble experience. They even let you choose what scent you want for your bubble. The on site cenote was really cool since we had it to ourselves, they also provide board games and even a telescope in the bubble which was really nice.

The bubble floor was a bit sandy, I recommend bringing slippers.
