The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English. The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach. Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

The location is very close to good restaurants on Avenida 10 that are not expensive and the more upscale restaurants on Quinta Avenida are not distant really either. Easy access to the beach!! The room is spacious though not as appealing as the pictures on the Web appear. Breakfast was not available onsite but having a kitchenette we made our own. Others staying several months create all their meals in the room so the kitchenette is a handy feature. The bathroom and shower are so spacious!! The cleaning and sanitizing by the maid service is terrific everyday!! Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooftop pool and beds are fabulous!! Spent every morning up there!!

The food odors and smoke and clatter of dishes from restaurants next door is annoying and we seldom spent time on our balcony and often kept the balcony door closed during their busy ours. The air conditioning unit filters need to be cleaned more regularly. Set at 26 it was okay but at 24 there was a musty odor that created some breathing issues while in the room. Opening the balcony door compounded matters because of incoming odors and noise there. Inconvenient but not defeating! The rooftop patio and terraces were always there to retreat to!

This hotel has an excellent location: two streets far from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro, several restaurants and shops around, safe area even at late night. The staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful. We appreciated the water bottles in the room, we had also coffee and tea available. The room felt a big small but for the center of such a big city as Paris it could be considered as spacious. Same feeling with the lift. The bed was very comfortable and with excellent airco. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there were many options around. The last day, we left our luggage in the storage room so we could enjoy the city until the last hours. The WiFi was very good.

This hotel has an excellent location, one street far from the Fifth avenue which is the main street in town, 3 streets far from the ADO stop (Playa del Carmen Alterna). Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by however, the rooms insulation is so good that we didn't get disturbed by the hectic weekend night life. There is a 7 Eleven and a fantastic place for breakfast at the corner. The room was very big and comfortable. Excellent and quiet aircon. Good WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed by the tours company recommended by the hotel staff. We ended up in a group twice the size as offered and paying much more than the other people in the group.

clean, comfortable and very spacious apartments. large bath room with walk-in shower. parking space provided in a nearby hotel. very friendly and helpful receptionist. the location is perfect, in the centre but not noisy at all. definitely recommended!

Great location - very very close to 5th avenue, with all the restaurants and shops and very close to the beach. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Bed was really big and comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet in the room at night considering it is close to a lot of movida.

The smaller details weren't there - the kitchenette was incomplete, there were big pots and pans but only three knives, two forks and one spoon etc. One mug and one wine glass for a room for two ( it was as if things gone missing over the years and they hadn't replaced it ) but we requested extras to the staff which they supplied. Some of the switches were a bit dodgy or didn't work and the hair dryer was broken. Overall was great value for money, and the staff was really helpful and available and they helped with any enquiry we had.

A newer hotel in excellent shape, very clean, just off popular 5th Avenue but far enough away not to be noisy. Really nice bathroom and a great shower, good wifi, air conditioning, etc. There was a coffee maker and minimal utensils and a cup, and they gave me coffee for making one or two small cups. An OXXO, banks, restaurants, etc. are close by. My king bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room, a table with two chairs, wardrobe, and desk. Everything was top notch!

When I arrived at 3 pm, the time I said I would be there, no one was at reception to let me in the front door. Two other people were standing there, ringing the doorbell and trying to get in. We spent probably 10 minutes calling, sending emails, and ringing the doorbell before someone finally came to the reception desk to let us in.

Property has nice kitchenette and fridge, you have options to cook your own food or go out. Our room was cleaned each morning, which is nice especially when you come back after day on a beach with clothes full of sand.

all good but would be nice if the rooftop with a pool would be open at least a couple hours more than 9pm. closing a roof at 9pm in a vacation city feels quite early.

The room was very spacious and really nice organized. You had everything in the room, from a very big comfortable kingsize bed, to a terrace and a very nice bathroom. The location was awesome, it was literally in one of the side streets from the boulevard, it was quite enough to sleep but within 1 min you could be on the main road, or the boulevard (Avenue 5)

No laundry service. For the price you pay you would expect some kind of laundry service because the laundry service where I had to go was not really close by. No activities or any excursions done by the facility and that's a shame because don't go or take any excursions offered by the people on Avenue 5, stay far away from those people, you're better off doing it through a hotel or booking it yourself online!

We stayed for two months. Nice people running it, all night front desk, good room cleaning and great aircon. A huge room with comfy furniture and bed and a big TV with accessible HDMI for streaming. We like self-catering and there was a small but very workable kitchen area - just right. The roof terrace is not large, but really well done and we always got a bed when we wanted one. The place is a few steps from 5th Avenue on the side road to 10th Avenue, so you can hear it a bit at night, but we slept well. The outlook is definitely urban and not rural. But you can just walk everywhere in no time which was really great. For the 3 star rating, we thought it was excellent value and better spec than expected.

Nothing really. We've run our own B&B, and we wouldn't have stayed 2 months if we hadn't been happy!
