This mall boutique hotel has large rooms and more than enough space with the bonus of a workable kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The pool is on the small side but wasn't busy so just fine. The room and the premises were all kept very clean and the housekeeping staff was great. The plus and the minus of the property are the same thing. It is very close to the beach and the main street in Playa Del Carmen, which make it incredibly convenient and everything is walkable. At night there is a lot of noise from the partying on the street and the music from the nearby clubs. The property was upfront about this and di say is much less notable in the back of the property. We were in the front and from NYC so we braved it for the better view from the room. We were fine but others might find it too much and be better in the rear of the property.

The outside noise from nearby clubs is loud into the night, but the property can put you in the rear or request the rear when making your reservation and you will be fine.

The staff at the property are amazing, friendly, helpful the housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning the rooms and making sure you have everything you need. It was nicely located just off of fifth Ave close to the ocean and everything that you'd require. Short walk to get groceries.

Everything was great. The only thing was the clubs on the corner throw a lot of bass so it is loud at times in the evening you get used to it. But other than that it would have been perfect. I'm not a partier so that could be also a personal thing. If you were into the party scene, it's half a block to three clubs

The location is right off 5th avenue so you don't have a lot of noise, however there are two night clubs right down the street so depending on where your room was located the noise level would be a little higher. The pool was small so don't expect to do laps, but it's a great way to cool off and the views from the top of the hotel are great. Wonderful sunsets. The staff was really kind, helpful, always smiling. Felt like a family. I spent 15 days at this hotel. I had one of the largest rooms, Large king size bed, the other room had a single double bed. Both had their own bathrooms. the kitchen and family area was really nice. '

Because I had upgraded to the largest room I was on the first floor in the back. The benefits were I didn't hear the noise from the night club. The thing I really wanted was a balcony and I didn't get it because I was on the first floor. I was disappointed that I didn't have a view. I did check at the front desk, but they were booked. They have 20 rooms all two bedroom suites, mine was just larger. I did have some friends come, that is why I got the two bedroom. I would stay here again, I just wouldn't upgrade to the larger suite

The property was nice and quiet! The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions including restaurant recommendations. The room itself was very spacious and clean and had all of the necessary things for cooking. Also the rooftop pool was magnificent my husband and I had it all to ourselves and it was lovely with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The only thing with the property is that it’s very close to the nightlife but it’s to be expected in Playa del Carmen. We still slept great and it really was not a deal breaker.

It was convenient having a full size kitchen area for cooking. If we needed any late night snacks or drinks a 7 eleven store was across the street. The front desk booked us a taxi and gave a cost for whenever we needed transportation. Location of hotel was walking distance to many popular restaurants and shopping areas as well as the beach. Walk in shower and AC units were nice. Bikes were available if we wanted to explore town.

The only down side was there were no napkins or kitchen towels to use in the suite. The safe also didn't work even after the front desk replaced its battery.

Nice good location. Room was very spacious and comfortable good for our family

Too close to all the club . Was a bit loud.

The apartment was big enough for us 4 and my two little doggies. Concierge workers are very nice and friendly. It was noisy at nights, because the “Antros” are just on the corner, but this really didn’t bother us. But if you can’t tolerate the noice, this is not a place for you. To the other hand this place is close to everything, la Quinta Avenida is just behind the building and the beach is practically on the corner too. We spend a couple of they here and we really enjoy it.

Dark apartments in the first floors. Try to get the upper apartments. And is noisy at nights. (For people who don’t like the noice, be aware)

The space was beautiful. Large bedroom, living room/dining room and bathroom, and nicely appointed. TV with access to Netflix/Prime etc in both living room and bedroom. Full kitchen. Location was very good - surrounded by many excellent restaurants, close to the beach (1-2 min walk), and 5th Ave (1-2 min walk). Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were putting up Christmas decorations when I left! loved the little 'plunge pool' on the roof. Nice breeze up there and awesome view (ocean/city). Whenever I went up there I was completely alone.

Altho the location was great, there were 4 discos at the end of the block which competed for noise level every night between 8 pm and 12:30 am. It would've been great if I were into the disco scene. Fortunately I usually don't go to bed until that time, so it wasn't too bad for me. Also, there could've been a few more items in the kitchen (microwave dishes, dishtowels, or even a roll of paper towels). Cleaners offered to come in every day, but generally just made bed and swept up. They didn't really 'clean' anything. If I wanted fresh towels I needed to request them.

Great location, a few min walking to the beach, right in the heart of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in process, very clean, well maintained, spacious, great furniture, comfortable beds, nice linens. Loved the small pool at the top with a great ocean view.

It is a bit noisy, as it is right next to the clubs. If you want to have an early night, get a pair of ear plugs.

The location was perfect you were still walking distance to the beach and downtown to the stores it was in the center of everything but not right smack in the middle where it was always noisy it was safe and quiet after midnight and the actual apartment is very clean and I loved how it had parking underneath it was gated and it was very easy to arrive at the front and reception buzzed you in and when you left the garage it opened and it was just a really nice location with a nice pool the apartment itself was very spacious!!! A two bedroom two bath very open simple nice furniture very modern Clean Housekeeping was amazing Professional and kind Reception Luis Oscar and the 2 girls were so damn sweet!!! Very efficient accommodating professional patient and just so helpful I felt like I was at home Loved the property and will return and stay here !!!!! This was such an amazing place air conditioning clean it didn’t smell you can relax you had a kitchen it has all utensils oven cooking refrigerator the bathroom rain shower head is amazing the bed was comfortable there’s TV there’s Netflix everything you need to feel comfortable it was just amazing

OK the only thing I can say is the kitchen needs a toaster and ice trays !!!!!
