Great location - had a beach view and it’s right in the middle of lots of entertainment and eating options. The kitchenette, while simple, allowed me to prepare/ assemble some of my own meals. The suite is very comfortable.

The music from the beach club next door was a bit of an annoyance at times, especially late into Saturday night. But I did know about this beforehand. It’s probably not a place for someone looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

The balcony over the beach is great. The room is spacious and clean.

Host is not present, only by messaging. Apartments are too close to Coco Bongo, it's very noisy day and night. Bathroom is small (but did the job). TV channels are not interesting, zero sports channels. No complentary bottle of water. All in all is a bit pricy just for a room - no airport shutlle and no breakfast included,

Location Location Location!!!!! Could not beat the location: RIGHT on the beach and the safe “downtown” (“Cancún Zona Hotelera”), walking distance to many shops, tourist offices, flee market, COVID-19 testing sites, restaurants, and the grocery store (and yes, discotheques too). The ocean front balcony pictures do not lie nor are they distorted. And that part of the coast is the absolute best. Lots of fine white sand. Long stretch of beach, lots of it between the building and the shore, no rocks under the water. The pool was very clean, and the pool side restaurant cook was very kind, fixing us a Breakfast Menu “2” (Mexican omelet) every morning, right there, poolside. Marlene was our Salvia contact via booking.com. She was amazing: responsive with all our needs. We were first given an apartment that had several problems (sliding door to balcony did not lock; safety box was not working.) She immediately resolved the issues. She also made sure we had everything we requested and needed. She was thorough and extremely communicative via WhatsApp before we arrived, during our stay, and as we departed. She helped us with our transportation from and back to the airport.

The building is next door to the Coco Bongo discotheque which plays very loud music 12noon-7pm. As we were there to hear the ocean, that obnoxious loud music got in the way of our peace. Luckily we were able to plan around that by enjoying a stretch of beach further North closer to Hotel Krystal.

Excellent View, Near to the several beaches, Great Location, Access to beach all day until mid night. Free Parking. Kids enjoyed so much. Swimming pool was good. Fair price for this location. Two suggestions - Need improvement in Bath and Food. The stay would have been complete if food was also included in the package. Especially American food :) I would have paid additionally if there was an option.

Beach party next door. Not too much of a problem for us. Especially not for late night sleepers. you wouldn't notice the sound until 12 PM. We felt it as a problem just from early morning 1 to 3 and just on Friday and Saturday. Only those two days they have this late night party. Host mentioned that they have raised complaints several times, Hope things will change.

A non all-inclusive hotels with direct beachfront access from the property. The view of the ocean from the balcony and being able to hang out from the balcony with the doors wide open felt amazing. Convenient location if you're looking to stay close to the center of hotel zone, walking distance to coco bongo, night clubs, and many restaurants. 7-11 right next door which is also very convenient.

Coco bongo beach party is right next door as well so it can get loud even with the doors closed especially during the weekend. Personally didn't mind too much since I was on a higher floor and the outside is quiet by 8 pm during the weekdays.

Location is perfect! We got the ocean view condo and it was spectacular ✨️ 👌 😍 you get a picture perfect view of the Hotel Zone and the whole azure blue ocean. The music from Coco Bongo next door isn't as loud as I thought it would be, and even so the parties end at around 9pm, so all you hear is the gentle white noise of the waves on the shore. The balcony door also seemed to be soundproof, so on the 1 or 2 nights we did have to sleep early, it still provided a comfortable environment that didn't impede our slumber. It's a gated establishment with 24/7 security in charge of the gate. Their safety method ensures knowledge of who is staying at Salvia and who isn't, and they have their own measures for the latter as well. So you and your rental are 100% safe. Housekeeping is every other day during your stay, which helped a lot due to trash buildup from all the delicious drinks and snacks we bought. And fresh towels too! Also, the front desk offers fresh hot beach towels with a voucher you get at check-in to use on the beach which is directly accessible from the back of the building. Staff is very friendly and informative. They kept in contact with me prior to my flight and were very patient while i settled some last-minute banking. They helped make our stay (7 nights) absolutely comfortable. 10/10 experience, I would absolutely book here again (and for the bombshell price that no other hotel in the Hotel Zone could beat) 💜

It's not a deal-breaker as I am from the US and this isn't our custom, but I had reservations about sending the staff a picture of my ID which they needed in order to process our payment prior to our arrival. This is apparently a common practice when booking a stay in Mexico, or so I was told. Please don't let this scare or deter you from booking with Salvia. They are very professional and value your privacy (they get in touch with you though WhatsApp, which takes its own precautions with the help of encryption so the info within the convo is kept safe)

The ocean-view rooms have a wonderful view of the ocean with private balcony. The hotel/condo beach is very nice which opens to all the other beaches along the coast. You can walk for miles in the sand. The hotel has no beach chairs or shade umbrellas. The location is great within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants with excellent fresh seafood, and other attractions such as the ferry to Isla Mujeras. The pool is located on the bay side of the hotel, not next to the ocean. There is a bar and restaurant next to the pool, but we never ate there - too many other options. Also be aware that these are privately owned condos available for rent, so the furnishings, appointments, design, and amenities differ from room to room (see photos.)

The biggest down-side for us is the fact that next door to the hotel is an open-air beach/party club that plays LOUD music beginning in the afternoon and lasting till dark, even later on the weekends. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will be disappointed with the Salvia. It's not their fault, just be aware that the music from the club nextdoor is intrusive.

The location is right in front of the beach, they have a gate you can go straight to the sand and this is amazing. The location is really nice close to the night area ( so be aware of the noise ). The apartment is big and the view from the beachfront ones is totally worthy, amazing!!!

We had an issue with our AC that was not able to be fixed and we need to move apartments. The apartments that I moved had the same view but completely different decoration, much older and outdated - so depending on the pictures you see don't expect to be like that the room you will get.

Lovely view of the whole beach with nice breeze. If loud music bothers you get a room on the other side. We were able to tolerate the music because of the view and of the action on the beach. Great location to Chedraui Supermarket, food and bars. There was Sargazo but there are many spots where you can swim without it. There are machines that scoop up the Sargazo 3 times a day. When you step out on the beach you can turn right around the rocks and there is another hotel with a bar and pool on the beach Kane beach bar. Excellent beach front with 500 peso per guest lounge chairs with umbrellas. You can use the 500 pesos towards food and drink menu. Good music and vibes. Shower has hot water and excellent pressure. Great AC and Refrigerator. Housekeeping once every other day. Maria was excellent. Also had a hiccup with AC and someone was sent up and fixed quickly with no problems.

The first couple of days the pool had a bad, weird chemical smell. As it was under cleaned and over chemical kill. However I'm not sure what happened but the rest of my stay it was excellent. I was on the eighth floor beach side and Club Congo Bongo launched there beach party side of the club. Be prepared for loud music all day long. Thank God there is an 11pm curfew to end the constant bass beats.
